Chapter 298 Old Mr. Smith’s Subtlety
Although Rachel was aggressive, as the boss of Johnson Corporation, she could not do as she pleased too much.
“But those few slaps of yours just now were really too satisfying! I felt. comfortable watching from the side.” As Mary spoke, she suddenly thought of something, and a trace of hesitation flashed across her eyes. “However, I’m worried that the Smith family and the Cruise family will find trouble with. you, especially the Smith family…”
Actually, Mary hated people like Old Mr. Smith the most.
Old Mr. Smith was full of fake benevolence and morality. He pretended to be benevolent, but he was actually full of shrewd schemes.
Rachel looked calm and indifferent. “The Smith family is dispensable to me.” In the past, Rachel had been very sincere to the Smith family only because she mistook Louis for someone she had been searching for.
For the sake of Louis, Rachel tried her best to tolerate everyone in the Smith. family.
But Rachel would not that stupid anymore.
Rachel would not show mercy to Louis, much less tolerate the Smith family.
When Mary heard this, she felt a little relieved. “Although we didn’t buy clothes, you taught those two bitches a hard lesson. This trip wasn’t a loss.”
As they were talking, Eddie in a suit and leather shoes walked over.
Eddie walked up to them and called out respectfully, “Hello, Miss Grey, Miss
Green.‘
Mary was puzzled and looked at Eddie. “Do we know each other?”
However, Mary had no impression of the man in front of her.
Eddie said, “You’re Miss Grey’s best friend.”
In other words, thanks to Rachel, the man knew something about Eddie.
Rachel raised her eyebrows calmly. “Why are you here?”
“Mr. Jones asked me to pick you up,” said Eddie.
As Eddie spoke, he moved aside slightly, and Rachel saw the familiar black Rolls–Royce Phantom.
As the car door opened, the man stepped out of the car.
A tall and slender figure stood in front of the car. His face was deep and three–dimensional, like a work of art. His entire body exuded a dazzling and
noble aura.
Even if he just stood there without saying a word, he gave off a feeling that others needed to look up to him.
Mary could not help but sigh in her heart. Such a top–notch man could crush
that little trash Louis in minutes.
At this moment, Rachel walked up to David with a smile. Her charming eyes flickered with light.
Before Rachel spoke, David reached out and hugged Rachel’s slender waist. “Does your hand hurt?”
A cold and gentle voice sounded from above. Rachel shook her head. “No, how could I be injured?”
“The effect of strength is mutual. How can it not hurt? You’re just used to being strong alone.” David held Rachel’s hand and kneaded it gently. “Now that you have me, you don’t have to be so strong.”
When Rachel heard it, her heart could not help but ripple.
This man could always easily poke the softest spot in Rachel’s heart.
Rachel pursed her lips and calmed herself down. She tried her best to maintain a steady tone. “Why are you here? Didn’t you say you would only be
back after a week?”
Rachel had thought that she would have to wait a few more days before she
could see David.

Its ridiculouse to think it is normal to love bomb someone for couple of days and then they are in love. They dont know each other at all. So annoying to read. And whats more, to kiss by force is romantic?? How the hell is that romantic?? Cant understand its logic....
