Betrayal At The Altar

Chapter 580

“Idiot! You can’t even handle something like this!” A low voice filled with faint anger sounded in the quiet shop.

Hearing the familiar voice, Rachel narrowed her eyes slightly.

What a coincidence!

The woman’s high heels tapped on the clean and tidy ground, making a “clack-clack-clack” sound. The clear sound seemed to be stepping on one’s heart, making one feel a little nervous.

Rachel looked up. The moment she saw Marina, a subtle expression flashed across her eyes.

Enemies were bound to meet.

“She’s new here. It’s inevitable that she doesn’t know the rules. Please don’t get angry with her, Miss Jones. The store manager had originally heard that Rachel would come, so she decided to personally. welcome her. However, she did not expect to see this scene as soon as she entered.

When Marina heard this, she sneered without hiding anything. “If she doesn’t know the rules, someone has to teach her anyway!”

“Yes, you’re right, Miss Jones.” The store manager put on a fake smile. Then, she looked at the others and exclaimed, “What are you waiting for? Hurry up and take her down! Don’t ruin Miss Jones’s mood!”

The surrounding people immediately walked forward and took the intern away.

There was still a stern expression on Marina’s face. The moment she turned around and saw Rachel, an imperceptible coldness flashed in the depths of her beautiful eyes. “Miss Grey? What a coincidence.”

Rachel stopped drinking coffee and raised her eyebrows without raising an eyebrow.

Fine, she was discovered by her again.

Rachel put down the cup of coffee in her hand and looked up at Marina with a smile. “So it’s Auntie Marina. What a coincidence.”

Marina felt as if she had eaten a fly when she heard this uncouth address. Her face was filled with disgust.

She took a deep breath and touched the huge diamond ring on her finger. She looked at Rachel’s outfit from head to toe and was attracted by the gown she was wearing. “You’re here to buy clothes too?”

Rachel played with the cup with her clean and slender fingers. She raised her eyebrows. “Why? Can’t I?”

Times Square belonged to Johnson Corporation.

It was also a birthday gift from Rachel’s maternal grandfather back then. As long as she was willing, she could casually buy the entire mall without spending a dime.

It was reasonable for her to appear here.

In fact, it was weird that Marina was here as well.

Times Square was one of the top luxury shopping malls in Seaxas, but it was not indispensable.

With Marina’s status, she shouldn’t have casually chosen Times Square. Rachel assumed that the reason why Marina was able to appear here was due to Olivia Cruise, who was standing behind Marina.

When Olivia sensed Rachel’s sharp gaze, her eyes flashed slightly. “Marina, I think that gown suits you very well, especially the patterns on it. Other than you, no one else can match that elegant temperament.”

These words greatly pleased Marina.

Initially, she could not find a suitable opportunity to speak, but Olivia’s words gave her a way out.

“Go get me a size that suits me,” Marina ordered arrogantly.

The store manager followed her gaze and saw the gown Rachel was wearing. An embarrassed expression immediately appeared on her face. “Miss Jones, this is the only limited-edition gown in our shop.

Moreover, this lady has already paid the bill.”

More importantly, with Marina’s figure, it would probably be difficult for her to fit into that gown.

“Rachel, if you’re willing, how about we pay double the price?” Olivia asked.
