On the other side, after Rachel left the restroom, she was not in a hurry to return to David’s side. Instead, she went to Old Mr. Johnson’s seat 

“Grandpa,” she whispered. 

When Old Mr. Johnson saw her, he waved at her and gestured for her to sit beside him. 

She had just sat down when she heard Old Mr. Johnson’s deep voice. “Have you thought it through?” 

Although his words were not explicit, Rachel knew the deeper meaning behind Old Mr. Johnson’s words. 

“Tve thought it through.” Rachel nodded. 

If she hadn’t done her consideration, she wouldn’t have agreed to David’s proposal. 

Hearing this, Old Mr. Jolinson didn’t say anything else. “When do you plan to get married?” 

“Well Rachel’s eyes flashed with surprise. She did not expect her grandfather’s attitude to change so quickly, nor did she expect him to take the initiative to mention marriage. 

Seeing that she did not answer for a long time, Old Mr. Johnson frowned slightly. “Why? He doesn’t want to marry you?” 

“No.” Rachel quickly explained, “I didn’t expect you to agree.”

“You like to overthink.” Lucas’s lazy and low voice sounded from the side. “Now that David has announced his relationship openly, it’s to force you to acknowledge this marriage. Therefore, I advise you not to waste your breath.” 

“Besides, relationships are all about mutual affection. I don’t think David will let Rae-Rae suffer.” 

Hearing his confident answer, Old Mr. Johnson glared at him angrily and said with a fake smile, “You know a lot more now, When you see Miriam, you’re like a block of wood!”
