Bride To Be Not Me (Janice and Simon) novel Chapter 194

The night was still and wrapped in darkness.

Amelia was careful and afraid of waking Simon. Otherwise, that would make it all for nothing. At that moment, her mind was filled with hatred and the need for revenge.

She had never intended to pass her illness to him. Since she was short of money, she had just hoped he would help her buy the medication she needed to manage her condition. But she knew that wasn't a long-term solution.

Amelia had never planned to touch him. He forced her into this.

When Simon learned the full truth about her condition, his anger and insults ripped away his pretentious act. Underneath, he was nothing but greed and cruelty. He was a miserly, small-minded man who thrived on exploiting others.

It was nearly an hour before Amelia quietly climbed off him.

At one point, he had tried to turn over in his sleep, but he was too drunk. He dry-heaved a few times before settling again.

Amelia didn't leave right away. Instead, she sat nearby and quietly took Simon's naked photos with her phone. After resting for a while, she climbed onto him again.

The weight on him felt uncomfortable, and he shifted, trying to push her away. She held her breath and stayed perfectly still, ensuring he wouldn't wake up.

Halfway through the night, Amelia carefully straightened the sheets. Then, she picked up the now-cold hangover remedy and silently left Simon's room.

Back in her room, Amelia's drunken haze had long since faded. She downed the now-cold hangover remedy, ignored her headache, and sent all the photos to Adam.

She also sent a message. "Don't open the video. Just save it for me."

Adam, whose sleep schedule was always a mess, had been gaming all night at home.

When he saw the photos, he immediately guessed the kind of video she had sent. He obediently saved everything onto his flash drive without opening a single file.

Stunned, he replied. "What the hell are you doing? Do you even realize…"
