Edward said, "I'm thinking of sending you back home first."
"You want to send me home?"
Janice slowly sat up. Her wounds stung a little, but the pain was manageable.
Her eyes, subtly enhanced with makeup, looked even more striking. They were deep and piercing. "Edward, hiding won't solve anything with people like them. I might not be able to deal with them abroad, but since they're heading to Greenfield City, we must ensure Onley Group knows who runs the crochet industry there."
After hearing Cortez's information, Janice immediately figured out the reason behind the sudden changes in the international crochet competition.
Onley Group planned to make a name for themselves first, then they would capitalize on the momentum to enter the domestic market and secure a foothold. After all, the world's biggest buyer market was in Cruznia.
"What are you doing?" Edward asked.
"I need to grab my laptop," Janice said.
He stopped her. "Just tell me what you need. Stay in bed."
She smiled. "So, even the mighty Mr. Moore is going to take orders from me?"
"You're the only one who can boss me around."
"What about Mrs. Moore?" Janice pressed.
Edward handed her the laptop. "My mom has maids for that."
He set up a small lap desk for her, adjusted her pillows, and ensured her water and fruits were within reach on the bedside table.
"Do you want to watch a movie? I'll search it for you," he offered.
Janice blinked. "Who said anything about a movie? I have to finalize some designs, print them out, and start crocheting as soon as I return. I need to make the first move and show Onley Group who they're up against."
Otherwise, Onley Group would come after Prosper Stitch Group. So, why not take the initiative and make the first move?
