Chapter 85
When Niamh spent those few months abroad, she had seen how
much Simon spoiled his daughter. Then, Roseanne had run off to the desert.
He then turned toward her instead. If he wasn’t bringing her to all
sorts of events, he was having people design all sorts of jewelry for her. After all, his wife, Brandi Clarke, already had more than enough jewelry to last a lifetime.
Niamh didn’t want to let the Jamisons know about her relationship with Simon. If Castiel saw her driving this car, he would definitely look into it.
Little did she know, Castiel had already asked Lucian to find out about the relationship she shared with Simon.
He wasn’t the type to be convinced that it was a misunderstanding He wasn’t going to stop until he found out why she was so close to another man.

Ultimately, Quinn didn’t listen to Niamh, saying it was Simon’s order. It was then that Niamh learned that Quinn treated Simon’s words as gospel.
That afternoon, at the bidding venue, Niamh and Blake sat next to
each other. She sat on his right, while Castiel and Lucian sat on his left.
The air felt very tense.
Castiel glanced at Lucian. Lucian tilted his head to the side, not
daring to meet Castiel’s gaze at all.
He also didn’t expect Niamh and Blake to show up here together. This
meant that Blake had approved her design proposal.
Castiel vibrated with rage.
Meanwhile, Niamh looked completely indifferent. She was wearing a beige tailored suit, making her seem dignified and capable. Despite her small stature, she carried the look perfectly.
Several companies at the front had already submitted their tenders, but they all failed at the final review.
It was obvious how strict the final review was for Linden Grove. They had to do a comprehensive assessment that also took into
consideration the surrounding facilities.
Soon, it was time for Blake and Castiel to tender their designs. Niamh’s heart caught in her throat. She glanced at Blake, but he
seemed unbothered.
Suddenly, her phone buzzed from an incoming text, distracting her. She looked down at her phone to find a text from Castiel.
“I’ll handle you when we get out of here!”
Niamh could hear him say that to her. She glared at him.
He may look completely composed, but his energy exposed his true emotions. He was enraged.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, when Sienna heard what had happened, she clutched her belly and laughed. The story pleased her greatly. She could imagine what Niamh must have been thinking at the time.
“Not bad. I’ll give you an extra bonus!” she said generously.
