He also heard that faint sound earlier, but despille Suzy’s gentle calls, Diana gave no response, as if the sound had been nothing more than a shared Illusion.

“Hypnotized?” Allen frowned deeply. “That doesn’t seem possible. We’ve had people watching her closely, and no one noticed anything unusual. Even the hospital staff who interacted with her were all carefully screened by Dylan. How could anyone have hypnotized her?” 

Raven considered this. “Maybe it didn’t happen at the hospital. What if she was hypnotized during the accident itself?” 

Suzy nodded. “It’s possible.” 

Riley added, “Maybe the hypnotist feared Diana might reveal something important once she woke up, so they acted preemptively. But who could pull off something this meticulous?” 

Suzy wanted to know too. Who was calculating enough to plan this so flawlessly? The answer might lie in Diana’s missing phone. 

Originally, Suzy had planned to hypnotize Diana herself once she stabilized, but clearly, someone else had acted first. To attempt a new hypnosis session, she’d first need to break. the initial trance–but she had already tried, and it hadn’t worked.
