Chapter 0610
“What did you just call me?”
His guts were growing by the day, daring to call her by name now.
“I’ve decided. From now on, I’m not calling you Mentor anymore. If the reason you can’t accept my feelings is because you’re my mentor, then from this moment forward, you’re not my mentor.”
“You brat!” Suzy delivered a swift kick at him. “I’m still alive, and you’re already trying to overthrow me! Whether I’m your mentor or not isn’t up to you. Now, get back to Antarctica immediately!”
“I’m not going!” Elliot’s neck stiffened stubbornly.
“Are you going or not?” Suzy’s tone grew sharper, her patience wearing thin. “Elliot, don’t test me.”
“I’m not going!”
Suzy nodded, her temper flaring. “Fine, you want to sever the mentor–disciple relationship, right? Very well, as you wish!”
She pulled out her phone and called Allen. “Write up a public statement. As of today, Elliot Hayes and I are no longer Mentor and disciple. His matters have nothing to do with me anymore. If anyone wants to kill him, feel free!”
On the other end, Allen was baffled. “Boss, what happened?”
“Stop talking nonsense! I told you to write it, so write it!” Suzy snapped impatiently. “And publish it immediately after you’re done.”
Of course, Allen wasn’t about to write it without knowing what had happened. A statement like that would have disastrous consequences. Instead of complying, he rushed to Hillside Villa to figure out what was going on.
As luck would have it, he bumped into Dylan halfway there.
“Mr. Wright, out to see your friend again this late?” Allen greeted, a sly smile tugging at his lips.
He had already heard from Desmond about Suzy and Dylan’s so–called friendship. He couldn’t help but marvel at how bold his boss was. Did she really think no one could see through her intentions?
Whether others could or not, Allen had certainly figured it out.
Dylan lowered his car window. “What a coincidence.”
“Exactly, what a coincidence!” Allen said with a sly smile.

“Boss called me over. She didn’t happen to call you too, did she? Or perhaps you found out someone from her side was heading over, so you decided to rush there in the middle of the night? After all, your relationship with her has officially shifted to ‘friends‘ now. You might need to reintroduce yourself, right?”
Desmond was speechless.
Typical of someone who spends time around Suzy–sharp–tongued and fearless!
Not only was Allen good with words, but he also had nerves of steel. Unlike Desmond, who wouldn’t dare act up in front of Dylan or Suzy, Allen seemed to do as he pleased.
The stark comparison instantly made Desmond feel miserable. They were all working under someone, yet the gap in treatment was so vast!
