Chapter 0611
The scene was witnessed by Dylan and the others just as they walked in.
Allen and Desmond exchanged stunned glances.
Was this something they should even be watching for free?
Whether or not it was appropriate, staying any longer was bound to be dangerous. So…
The two of them looked at each other and silently crept back out the door.
Once they were safely outside, both men let out deep sighs of relief, patting their chests as if they’d narrowly escaped death. Desmond, in particular, looked even more shaken than Allen.
“My boss hears that Elliot showed up, and he rushes over in the middle of the night to assert his territory. But then…” Desmond’s mouth twisted in exaggerated dismay. “Turns out someone else beat him to it. I’d say his psychological trauma right now must be enormous!”
Allen nodded solemnly. “Exactly! Your boss is probably spiraling into a complete meltdown by now. And honestly, you’ve got to hand it to that reckless punk Elliot.
“That’s his own mentor we’re talking about! Confessing his feelings and making a move is not just breaking all boundaries of propriety anymore; does the guy have absolutely no sense of self–preservation?”
“Do you even know who Suzy is? When she gets mad, she doesn’t care about anyone. Yet he dared to pull that stunt? Did he even think about the consequences?
“Before, I never fully understood the saying, ‘some people have more guts than sense.‘ Now? I completely get it.‘
Allen shook his head in disbelief. When he used to have feelings for Suzy, he’d never dared to pull off anything remotely like this. He was absolutely sure Elliot was in for a world of pain tonight.
The real reason they slipped away wasn’t because they were afraid of Suzy losing her temper. It was because they simply didn’t know how to react to what they had just witnessed.
If Suzy really decided to kill Elliot, should they try to stop her?
If they intervened, Suzy would undoubtedly get angry. But if they didn’t…
Well, Elliot was technically a fellow disciple, and by rank, he should even be calling Allen his
senior.
Caught in this awkward dilemma, Allen decided to adopt the simplest solution–out of sight, out of mind!
But while they didn’t want to get involved, their curiosity still burned bright, Desmond felt the same. And so, the two grown men found themselves skulking at the door, indulging in the

age–old art of eavesdropping.
They pressed their wars against the door, straining to hear any noise from inside.
Oddly enough, everything was completely silent)
Desmond leaned closer to Allen. “Why is it so quiet in there?”
Allen shrugged, “No idea!”
It didn’t make sense for it to be this quiet. After all, Suzy was known for her fiery temper!
Thinking about it, Allen cautiously pushed the door open just a crack, squinting to peek inside. What he saw left him stunned.
Suzy had never imagined Elliot would dare to be so bold as to kiss her without warning!
