How old am I again? Is this legal?
His knot swells inside me, sealing us together for some time after our release. To separate would only harm me, so the other two will have to wait patiently for their satisfaction as I lie bound to Ryan.
"Me next," Alexander whispers.
"What the hell are you reading?" Aiden asks.
I jump so hard, my phone flies out of my hands. "Uh..." I pat around the sheets for it, staring off into space in a daze. "Uh... what?"
"The thing you're reading?"
"Nothing," I say way too quickly.
He looks unconvinced.
I rub my chest, trying to get some air back in my lungs. After a moment of silence, and mentally "reviewing" some things, I tighten my grip on the phone. "Er... Aiden... Can I..." I stare at the golden pages of the pdf. You'd never guess what was in this thing. Then again, that title. "Can I... ask you a question?"
"Just spit it out." He flips a page of his innocent, nonfiction work. He's not prepared.
"When werewolves..." I start, cautiously, slowly, quietly. I should keep this objective, right? "Do you guys... Does your..." Does your penis have a big old popper stopper in it? Why can't I just ask?
"Why don't you just send whatever it is to me?" he asks, gripping his pen tighter as he takes a few notes in his book.
The thought of taking a screenshot of this page, highlighting the relevant section, and sending it to Aiden like it's a normal text message, should sound as horrifying as it is. Trust me. It feels cringe-worthy. I'm not entirely sure it's a good idea, but he keeps grumbling in the corner about why I wasted his time starting a question I wasn't going to finish, so I hit send with all the conviction I don't have.
His phone vibrates on his nightstand. He bookmarks his own reading and reaches over casually, grasping it. He unlocks his phone. He taps my message. He pauses. He doesn't say anything. He doesn't look at me. He doesn't blink for a full ten seconds before putting his phone back down on the nightstand, grabbing his book, and going back to reading.
I nod. I guess I should've expected that. It doesn't stop the hot wave of total cringe that washes over me when he says, "I'd appreciate if you'd keep your fetishes to yourself."
Before I can answer, the bathroom door flies open. A tantalizing shower scent wafts through as Carson stalks out in just a pair of burning red briefs. My eyes pop open. Aiden smacks his forehead. I stare at my phone like it's the only thing in the room, which doesn't have the calming effect I was hoping.
Carson drops himself onto his bed, lounging on his forearms. He tossing his head back, looking at me from the corner of his eyes. "I hope I didn't keep you waiting too long, mate..." He lets the word roll off his tongue. "Did you get lost on your way to my bed?"
Mia. Ignore Carson, Mia. This is too much, Mia.
The golden-eyed boy sighs, throws his covers back, and crawls underneath them. "Mia..."
