Natasha told herself over and over to stay calm until she finally steadied her nerves.

The moment she pushed the door open, someone collapsed into her arms. They would've hit the ground hard if not for her quick reflexes.

Understanding the situation, Natasha didn't hesitate. She immediately called for an ambulance. Only after the person was loaded onto the stretcher and taken away did Natasha finally breathe a sigh of relief.

She didn't know why Molly had been here, but Natasha hoped that nothing serious had happened.

Thinking that there had to be people around to take care of her, Natasha decided to head back to see Vincent.

As she turned a corner, Nicole brushed past her in a rush, hopping into a cab without glancing back at Matthew, who was left standing awkwardly.

The two of them stood at the entrance, watching the cab disappear into the distance.

"What are you staring at?" Matthew snapped, clearly picking a fight.

Natasha couldn't be bothered to argue with him. She let out a cold laugh and walked straight into the building.

For some reason, Matthew followed after her.

"This is Foster Tower. What are you doing here?" he demanded.

"I'm not blind. Where I go has nothing to do with you," Natasha shot back without slowing her pace.

Before she could say anything more, the receptionist smiled apologetically and said, "I'm sorry, miss. Mr. Graham has already left the building. Would you like to go back and reschedule?"

Seeing that, Natasha decided not to waste any more time here.

But just as she was about to leave, she noticed a paramedic standing outside, peering in.

"Are you Ms. Bradley? You're the one who made the call earlier, so we'll need you to come with us," the paramedic said.

Natasha had hoped she could stay anonymous after doing a good deed, but it looked like that wasn't going to happen.

Matthew froze in surprise. Even though they had nothing to do with each other anymore, he didn't believe for a second that Natasha would ever hurt anyone.

"Are you sure you've got the right person?" he asked, stepping in to block the paramedics.

The staff was just doing their job, but even they were surprised by how Nicole reacted.

"No, no! I didn't say she hurt Ms. Spencer! You can take her back now," Nicole blurted.

The more she panicked, the more suspicious Natasha became.

Just then, a nurse came out of the elevator, holding a medical chart.

"It was a misunderstanding. The patient simply fainted due to low blood sugar levels, and there are no external injuries."

After hearing that, Nicole immediately smiled and responded, "Sorry for the trouble. You can head back now."

However, since the authorities were involved, a report had to be filed.
