The voice was very clear as if it were right next to her. 

Joycelyn held her breath, her body stiff and still, not daring to move. 

He had pulled her onto the bed earlier, and her wide–legged pants had ridden up, along with his suit trousers. Joycelyn curled her toes, feeling her bare leg against his, uncomfortable and itchy.

Ellison’s attention was completely diverted from the assistant’s report. His dark eyes were half–closed, his gaze fixated on the woman curled up in his arms under the thin blanket.

Furious at how he was teasing her, Joycelyn opened her mouth and bit down on his waist. 

Ellison let out a muflled groan, his large hand immediately gripping her small face and pulling her away from his skin. His actions made it impossible for Joycelyn to keep quiet. Any slight movement from him made her let out soft moans. But the assistant’s voice covered up those sounds, leaving only Ellison to hear them. 

Joycelyn’s eyes were filled with shame. 

Ellison lifted the thin blanket, revealing Joycelyn’s flushed, charming face. Her delicate eyes held a hint of coquettishness. 

The warm yellow light wrapped around Ellison’s tall frame. He leaned lazily against the bed, making the lines on his face sharper
