Chapter 26
Joycelyn was completely exhausted.
“Call me “honey.” Ellison said, his tone insistent.
Joycelyn bit her lip, letting out a soft, almost inaudible sound.
“Good girl. If it feels good, just say it. No need to hold back” Ellison lowered his head, his lips grazing her fair neck. He watched her flushed face and dazed, seductive expression in the mirror, his voice low and coaxing

“Ellison… Grant” Joycelyn gritted her teeth and said his full name, her tone filled with resistance. She really wanted to pull away. The scene of their entangled bodies was too embarrassing for her to even look at
You’re calling me by my full name now?” Ellison murmured, biting her shoulder
She couldn’t hold back any longer and cried out softly. Ellison chuckled darkly, clearly pleased by the response her body was giving him.
“Will you call me “honey? In the mirror. Ellison’s hair was sticking to his forehead, drenched in sweat, no more of the usual cold, distant look.
Joycelyn couldn’t bring herself to look at the mirror. She was too ashamed to face the wild expression on her own face. You’re bullying me!” she complained, but her voice came out broken, laced with a soft moan.
If you
don’t call me, I’ll just have to bully you even more,” Ellison whispered, his eyes darkening as he watched the alluring look on her face. His heart was already starting to race.
It wasn’t that he was trying to punish her. In matters of intimacy, he was usually indifferent. But when it came to her body, it was like a cat finally catching a mouse–he just couldn’t get enough.
“Honey… I’m sorry,” Joycelyn gasped, her voice sweet and soft, almost as if it were melting into him.
Ellison knew just how sensitive and delicate she was.
Joycelyn leaned against his shoulder, eyes closed as she sighed softly. Her legs were too weak to move.
“It’s not over yet. Let’s go to the bed,” he said, loosening his grip on her lip.
Once they reached the bed, Ellison gave her a couple of sips of water before starting again.
Ellison was relentless. He loved hearing her call him “honey.”
Joycelyn, coaxed by him, said it over and over, thinking he would finally be satisfied. But to her surprise, he wanted more than he had in the last two nights combined.
Ellison tried to hold back, but every time she called him “honey,” it drove him crazy. His blood raced, and the air around them grew thick with the heat of their passion, lingering long after.
By morning, Joycelyn felt as if her body had been completely drained.

Chapter 26
Ellison came out of the closet, fully dressed, holding the clothes she was supposed to change into. “Next time you drink, it won’t be like last night. Joycelyn”
“If your department wasn’t so demanding, we wouldn’t be rushing everything. And I didn’t drink on my own–someone ser me up!” Joycelyn grumbled, still lying there, fuming, thinking. It has to be Linda’s doing!
Ellison, hearing this, remembered how he’d bumped into her by the door last night, her face pale with fear. A cold glint passed through his eyes. “Who set you up?”
“After Aurelia left, Linda told me to go serve coffee, Joycelyn replied, explaining the situation honestly.
“I see. I’ll have William look into it,” Ellison said, his voice turning cold as he pulled out his phone.
“I’m getting up now, but I’m too tired to make breakfast,” Joycelyn said, reaching for her clothes. Just then, she glanced over at Ellison, who was standing by the window, texting on his phone.
Her hand froze mid–motion. “Um…” She hesitated, wanting him to turn away.
But then she thought better of it and, without saying anything, pulled the blanket around herself and quietly got dressed. Ellison casually watched the lump under the blanket, a small smile curling his lips as he chuckled softly. “Breakfast is ready. Do you think you can get out of bed, or should I carry you?” As soon as he finished speaking, Joycelyn threw off the blanket. Her innocent yet seductive face was still flushed, and she shot him a playful pout.
“No need! I can handle it!” Joycelyn said, her voice filled with determination.
But the moment her feet hit the floor, her legs gave way, and she almost collapsed. If Ellison hadn’t caught her, she would have fallen straight onto the carpet.
The ache and weakness in her body were even more intense than the first time–this time it was almost unbearable. “How about taking the day off and resting at home?” Ellison asked, holding her gently in his arms. His voice was low and affectionate, carrying a hint of concern.
“I can’t take too many days off, or they’ll start talking behind my back,” Joycelyn said, pursing her lips, her face tense, She glanced up at him, but the defiance in her eyes quickly faded. There was a sense of frustration in her, but also an unspoken helplessness.
“I won’t drink again, and you can’t be so rough with me,” she mumbled, trying to negotiate.
“How have I been rough with you?” Ellison gave her a penetrating look, his eyes dark and intense.
“You were so harsh yesterday. I couldn’t handle it, and you still wouldn’t stop. Joycelyn lowered her gaze, her long lashes trembling slightly as she spoke. Her tongue felt hot with embarrassment. She thought, It is so shameful to admit!
Ellison’s lips curved into a faint smile. “Alright, it’s my fault.”
“It is!” Joycelyn muttered in response, though inwardly, she didn’t dare really blame him. Given their positions, she couldn’t have the courage to.
Ellison noticed the way she shrank back, careful and tentative. He could tell she was still a little intimidated by his authority. He bent down and scooped her up, carrying her toward the bathroom. “Next time, I’ll be more gentle,” he promised.
