Enchanted Nightfall: Falling for Destiny (Quintessa and Tyrone) novel Chapter 326

As soon as Sean heard about money, he quickly asked, “What way?”

Quintessa spread her hands wide and slowly laid it out.

After hearing it, Sean shook his head vigorously. “No way, I can’t do that. Everyone knows that that man is a freak.”

Quintessa scoffed, “You’re willing to give up your wife and daughter, but not your sister. Man, I never realized what a stand-up brother you are!”

She shrugged, “Anyway, I’ve told you the way. Whether you take the money or not, it’s up to you. You don’t seriously think that Tyrone pumping 100 million into your company means the money’s yours, do you? Don’t be so naive. In the end, the company will just be his, and you’ll have survived the crisis only to end up broke. I’m telling you a quick way to riches. Do you want to spend the rest of your life in poverty, sleeping on the streets, or live a life of luxury? It’s your choice.”

With that, Quintessa turned and walked away.

Sean stood alone in place for a long time.

Money. He was out of money. Was he really going to spend the rest of his life like a homeless man, picking up scraps on the streets at his age?

He had already given up his wife and daughter. Was his sister really that important?

Quintessa stepped into the elevator, and just before the doors closed, Manny squeezed in, panting.

Manny didn’t dare to look at Quintessa.

“I heard everything just now.”

“Sis, I don’t know if this will help.” Manny pulled out a voice recorder from his pocket, one that Quintessa usually kept in her bag. He had recorded the entire conversation between Quintessa and Sean.

Quintessa raised an eyebrow and patted Manny. “Not bad, kid. You’re getting smart.”
