After Nitzan left, the atmosphere in the living room became somewhat oppressive.

Elaina looked at the time and was ready to leave. She had to go back and pack.

“It’s getting late. I won’t disturb you.” After that, she stood up.

Jalen also stood up and came to her side. “Grandpa asked me to show you around the house. If

you just leave like this, I’ll be scolded by him. You don’t want this to happen, do you?”

Elaina was at a loss for words. She looked at Jalen again, who looked like a winner now.

“Okay,” she smiled and nodded. Although she just pretended to be friendly, Jalen did not mind.

They walked to the back garden. Alisha watched as they left and gritted her teeth.

In the back garden, Elaina followed Jalen silently. She only wanted to finish this and go home

quickly.

She had been to the house many times and did not need Jalen to show her around. She knew Nitzan’s purpose. He just wanted to give her and Jalen a chance to stay with each other.

She could do nothing about it and did not know why Nitzan was so persistent. She and Jalen
