Chapter 387
Jaydon looked at the pasta in front of him and fell into deep thought.
He wondered, am I really going to marry this woman?
Grandpa, are you sure you are not tricking me?
Elaina glanced at him as if she could see his dissatisfaction. “It’s good that I still have pasta. If you don’t want to eat, you can leave.”
She was also upset. Sure enough, most of the men in this world were like Jaydon, who did not do any housework. There were really not many people who could cook a good meal like Jalen.
Thinking of this, Elaina was a little sad.
If she broke up with Jalen, no one would cook for her in the future. Just thinking about it made her feel
uncomfortable.
“You really don’t treat me as an outsider.” In the end, Jaydon still chose to eat pasta. After all, he was a little
hungry.
Elaina ignored him and silently ate the pasta, thinking about when to talk to Jalen.
Before that, she had to solve the problem of her company first. She could not really let Alisha frame her.
After finishing the pasta, Elaina saw that Jaydon still had no intention of leaving. So she could not help but start to chase him away. “Are you still not leaving?”
“Let’s chat for a while. You’re free anyway.” Jaydon sat on the sofa. He could finally enter Elaina’s house. No
matter what, he had to stay for a while longer.
Elaina walked over and said unhappily, “Who told you I’m free? I have a lot of things to do.”
“Then you can do whatever you want. I’ll be right next to you. I won’t disturb you,” Jaydon said.
Elaina’s face darkened and she glared at him, but Jaydon pretended not to see it. He leaned on the sofa and
started playing with his phone.
Seeing this, Elaina had no choice but to let him stay. She opened her laptop and kept typing on the keyboard.
