Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 418

Chapter 418

It was already dark outside. Jonathan glanced at his watch and laughed, “We’ve been here for a few hours, aren’t you tired? Let’s take a break!”

Charlie stretched his waist and said, “No kidding, playing poker all afternoon is even more.

exhausting than being with a woman all night!”

Emily’s face turned red, and Yvonne laughed, “There are girls here, Charlie. Can you be a bit more careful with your words?”

Charlie laughed, “What did I say? It’s all in your heads!”

People at the other table were also done with their game. They stood up, with ‘turtle’s on their faces, especially Josiah, who had one turtle after another on his face, even on the tip of his nose. His

entire face was an absolute mess.

Everyone looked at each other and couldn’t help but burst out laughing.

A servant came and said dinner was ready, asking when they would like to eat.

Carson had specifically invited a chef from a Michelin restaurant to cook dinner. Everyone had been playing all afternoon, tired and hungry, so they asked the servants to prepare the meal.

Before everyone washed their faces, Charlie took out his camera and laughed, “Don’t move! Today is too memorable not to take a photo. Let’s take a group photo and save it to tease each other later.”

Everyone thought it was a good idea, so Carson called the butler to take a photo for them.

The group walked to the living room, let the girls sit on the couch, and the others stood behind the couch, all with turtle faces, laughing brightly and cheerfully.

Taking advantage of Jonathan being distracted, Charlie stamped a turtle on his face and pulled him into the photo.

Jonathan silently changed places with him, standing behind Estelle. With one hand resting on the back of the couch, it looked like he was holding Estelle’s shoulder from a distance.

After taking the photo, everyone went to wash their faces, and the dinner began.

The weather was fantastic, and the evening breeze was warm. The dinner was set up on the lawn outside the villa. The clean and tidy lawn had a huge rectangular table with fine tableware and various delicious dishes.

Everyone found a place to sit, and the atmosphere was pleasant and joyful.

Carson deliberately switched places with Andrew’s girlfriend and sat opposite Emily, smiling, “I’ve been your consultant all afternoon. How are you going to thank me?”

Emily replied, “I don’t know the rules. How should I thank you, Mr. Foster?”

Carson frowned, “First, you have to change that address. We’re so close, how can you call me Mr. Foster? Just call me Carson!”

Emily chuckled, bending her head to laugh.

Carson looked at her cute appearance, couldn’t help but feel thrilling. He had really developed a bit

of affection for her. He joked, “Your laughter is making me a little embarrassed!”
