Her Marriage, Her Revenge novel Chapter 26

Chapter 26 Love Wins

I

When things seemed to be within Sulie’s fingertips already, something snapped inside King Timodore’s heart, overwhelming the lust that was totally clouding his body and mind.

Queen Asalea’s eyes haunted King Timodore’s mind and as he heard her soft voice like a chant, his heart beat faster that awakened him from Sulie’s manipulation.

“Asalea, my Queen,” He suddenly murmured that caught the ears of Sulie.

“Who did you call?” with narrowed eyes, Sulie looked at King Timodore. She wanted to slap him.

King Timodore instantly opened his eyes and pushed Sulie aside and fixed his belt and jeans’ buckle. “Sulie, we can talk next time . . . decently,” he said then walked away.

Sulie was left shocked and too embarrassed. This has been the second time that King Timodore rejected her and she could not accept it.

Inside their bedroom, King Timodore saw Queen Asalea sitting at the edge of their bed with closed eyes while her hands lay on her laps. King Timodore smiled. He can sense that she did something to awaken him from his lustful desires a while ago.

He silently walked and sat beside her on the bed. She felt him.

Queen Asalea opened her eyes and looked at King Timodore with sparkles in her eyes.

“I know you will be coming back,” she said while cupping his face with her soft hands.

Without saying anything, King Timodore hugged her and kissed her passionately. It is his sign of letting her feel his sincere apology for almost cheating on her a while ago.

Queen Asalea returned his kisses with much fervor. She will not make him feel dissatisfied; this is Queen Asalea’s promised to herself.
