My dear lawyer novel Chapter 408

Having left the manor, Angie was not that happy as Vivian and Selina thought she might be. When in her car, she started to feel angry. She was not dumb. She could definitely feel that William’s attitude towards her had changed. He had been giving her the turnaround, being more and more indifferent to her.

Although William helped her out this time, it didn’t mean anything. At least it was Vivian who was living with him in the manor and they had a son together.

Thinking of these two big troubles, Angie felt raged, regretting not having hit her to death with her car just now. Suddenly she thought of someone. That was him! She almost forgot him. She sneered, “What a two-timer bitch! Did she really think she could fool those men?” She was sure to see her suffer one day.

“Hello?” John answered the phone frowning. He was not in the mood and he wasn’t expecting Angie’s call.

“I want to see you, John. I have something important for you.” Angie snickered.

“Sorry. I don’t have time for you now.” John refused directly.

Angie felt embarrassed and then she sneered, “You are looking for Vivian and Roe, aren’t you? She moved away without telling you. Don’t you want to know where she is now?”

As expected, John was anxious about Vivian and Roe. He said, “Where are you?”

“I’ll see you in Shangyue Cafe in half an hour,” Angie said and then hung up the phone.

Angie grinned and thought of what happened today. It was inconsiderate of her that she was nearly busted by Selina. But she wouldn’t let it happen again. With her wisdom, she would make sure that Vivian was ruined and left Jin’an City with nothing. She would kick Vivian out of the upper class, leaving no room for her in Jin’an.

At the thought of this, Angie felt happy as if she was already witnessing Vivian’s bitter life with her dumb son. She was looking forward to it.

A few minutes ago, John was anxiously inquiring doctors about Vivian. Now, he calmed down, holding his phone and started to ponder, “What a jerk, William!” An idea came to his mind.

Half an hour later, they met in Shangyue Coffee. In a quiet corner, they sat face to face. John looked gentle yet indifferent without a smile.

“What have you been through? You have changed a lot in such a short time.” Angie was happy to see that, because the deeper he loved Vivian, the better.
