"Vivian..."
The moment Manfred opened the door, his gaze landed on the singing women outside. He murmured the name "Vivian" softly, his vision blurred and unfocused.

Not to be outdone, the woman in yellow added, "Mr. Manfred, why not grant me a name as well?"
As Manfred stared at the two women, the redness in his eyes gradually faded, clarity returning to his gaze. "Who are you?"
"It's so cold outside. Would you allow us to come in and explain, Mr. Manfred?" the woman in purple said sweetly.
The woman in yellow chimed in with a soft, delicate voice, "I feel like I'm freezing. Please take pity on us, Mr. Manfred, and let us inside."

Is the author going to finally portray Skylark as a brave woman who can argue and communicate like a normal person in this real world? Hoping so.......
I don't like this story portraying Skylark's personality as too weak, too naive, Can't even defend herself Like accepting every humiliation from Vera's schemes and injustice without saying anything or doing anything. I wonder who is the protagonist in this novel, Vera or Skylark....
