- Mysterious Borg Family
"The Borg Family is very conservative. All the transportation here is mostly carriages. There's even a horse farm over there." Sue pointed in the distance.
They walked inside the house as they chatted. Sue brought them into a house and greeted the landlady who was wearing a long skirt.
Alice lowered her head towards landlady. Her nose was particularly pointy, and when she saw William and Alice's tightly held hands, there was a look of disgust in her eyes, and she brought them inside the house.
"I only have two rooms left. Sue and Lee share one, professor, your room is the first one on the left upstairs."
The landlady said while looking at William.
"I'll share a room with her!"
William pulled Alice into his embrace and looked at the aged landlady with a sharp eyes.
The landlady was intimidated by William's aura, but she did not show any signs of compromise, and coldly said, "No! If you want to stay, accept the arrangement. If not, then leave!"
With that, the landlady turned and left, completely ignoring them.
"Is everyone on this island sick?" William was enraged, "Let's leave!"
"Mr. William." Sue called out to them, "There are very few outsiders on this island, so this is the only inn."
He would not be able to find a place to stay once he got out.
Hearing that, Alice could only say: "Forget it, that's it, we are just here to look for Mr Palace, there is no need to create additional trouble."
"This damned old woman!"
Of course, William knew that it would not be appropriate to cause more trouble now. He raised his eyes and glared at the inn, it was in the style of the eighteenth century.
Dirty!
William looked at her coldly, then pulled Alice's hand and said, "Come, let's go upstairs."
Other than Alice, who will he listen to?
"Alright."
Alice did not object and followed William upstairs. The moment William entered the ancient room, he hated this place and wanted to turn the entire inn upside down and rebuild it.
Listening to his complaints, Alice opened her backpack and took out her clothes. Then, she stepped forward, pushed open the small window and looked outside.
A sea breeze blew over.
The scenery made Alice exclaim, "The scenery here is really good. William, quickly come and take a look."
William walked to her side with a dark face. The small window looked like the lens of a camera taking a picture of the blue sky and sea.
The scenery was indeed beautiful.
William lowered his eyes, seeing Alice's look of longing, with the blue sky shining in her eyes, his mood suddenly became better.
With blue sky and sea, the first stop of the honeymoon was chosen right.
"William, I feel that you're right. This is our first station for our honeymoon." Alice said, "Why do we have to go to those Holy Lands of honeymoon that people are already familiar with? Not every place has this kind of scenery."
William nodded, "It's good that you like it."
"I like it, Borg Island is really beautiful."
"Alright, when we get back, I'll ask brother to come out and have a negotiation, to see if I can buy the Borg Island!" William said.
Alice shook her head, "I don't need it. It's already good enough for me to see this beautiful scenery together with you."
"If you like it, then you have to think of a way to possess it!"
William said.
Alice looked at the ocean, "William, what I like the most is not the scenery of this island, but with you."
"Just tell me that you love me!"
William blurted out.
Alice was helpless, she decided to not talk anymore and snuggled up to him, and watched the scenery outside the window.
"Are you tired? Do you need to rest?"
William asked.
Alice shook her head, "I'm not tired, let's look for Sue to take a look at the place where Mr Palace appears, okay?"
"Anything you say is fine!"
When had he failed to fulfill her wish?
William touched her short hair and felt bad about it. He said, "Your own hair is the best."
Alice laughed out loud, "Alright, middle-aged man, can you not always take advantage of a young girl?"
William glared at her. Did he really look that old?
