After Janet got off the plane, she went to the Longfellow Group.

When Geordie knew Janet was back, he went to her office.

“Janet, you finally came back.” Geordie was sullen, and a hint of worry was in his eyes.

Janet sat in front of the desk calmly as if nothing could upset her.

“Geordie, what’s wrong? Don’t be anxious.”

Seeing Janet, Geordie got relaxed and laughed. “Janet, you are more and more like your father.”

“Geordie, thank you.” Janet smiled and asked, “Marco said you had something urgent to tell me. What happened?”

Geordie nodded and sat opposite Janet.

“The situation of the company is stable. There is nothing abnormal. Conrad has recovered and returned to the company.”

Geordie was in an embarrassing position. He was angry with what Conrad did but had limited power. No matter what Conrad did, Geordie

“I can’t stop him. Fortunately, you’re back. They had a meeting yesterday. I don’t know what they talked about. I guess Conrad wanted to push forward the investment project secretly.”

Hearing that, Janet narrowed her eyes. It seemed Conrad was still stubborn after being beaten up.

“Conrad, you are capable. Such a major decision can be carried out without my agreement. Who do you think I am?”

Janet sneered and slowly walked into the conference room.
