Gilbert came in and poured a glass of water to drink first, then raised his chin at Olive,
“Let’s talk about what happened to you first.”
Sitting beside Janet’s bed, Olive said casually, “What else can I do? When I meet an
enemy, I will only fight.”
Gilbert frowned, “What kind of enemy? So ruthless?”
Olive was about to speak when Marvin interrupted them.
He glanced at Gilbert, and lectured Janet and Olive, “No matter what, they are stronger than you, so don’t fight face to face, you should
go
first.”
Olive scoffed and didn’t bother to talk to Marvin.
Janet didn’t say a word, she lowered her head and obediently listened to him.
Marvin calmed down, and his tone became much gentler.
“So, who kidnapped you this time? Do you know them?”
Donahueiel was anxious, but his tone was colder than usual.
“I have already asked Gilbert to check the surveillance of the resort and the nearby stations. There is also a highway at the airport. As long as you think of any information, I will send someone to find it immediately.”
Janet lowered her eyes, lost in memory.
She slowly said, “The leading man has a deep scar on his face, from his left eye to the
side of his nose. That man is very good at fighting. I always feel familiar when I look at
him, but I can’t remember who he is.”
Donahueiel frowned tightly, and his tone contained anger.
“Could it be that you have been following you all the time, and didn’t make a move until you arrived at Interlaken?”
Janet didn’t speak, but Olive snorted lightly, and looked at Donahueiel and Marvin like
fools.
“It’s you who have been following us!”
Marvin and Donahueiel choked, the angry expressions on their faces collapsed in an instant. They turned their heads away as if nothing had happened.
“Let’s not talk about this now.” Marvin coughed lightly, trying to maintain his dignity, “Let’s talk about your kidnapping first.”
Olive continued, “Actually, there’s nothing to say. To put it simply, we went to the hot springs, and ended up bumping into a couple.”
Speaking of this, Olive glanced in Donahueiel’s direction with disgust in her eyes.
Donahueiel noticed her gaze, and couldn’t help frowning, “What are you looking at me for?”
“It’s nothing.” Olive cleared her throat and raised her eyebrows, “I think the hat you’re wearing today looks pretty.”
Gilbert was confused, “What hat?”
Olive sneered.
When it came to this point, it didn’t make sense if Gilbert didn’t get it.
Was he pretending to be innocent?
Olive was not a shy person. So she looked at Donahueiel and blurted out, “Anastasia and
that scar face!”
“She said that she liked you and insisted on you, then she turned around and slept with
someone else!”
After the previous words were spoken, Olive’s subsequent words were much smoother.
“When I was in the hot spring, I clearly heard her complaining to that man, saying that we killed his men and didn’t take him seriously, so he wanted to kill us.
Gilbert couldn’t wait to complain, “When I found out, I was shocked. It turned out to be
