Chapter 414 I Want to Date You Again
“Miss Poole, you should take responsibility for lying. I agreed with Janet. You should know the consequence of accusing someone without any evidence.”
Donahueiel was tired of this drama. Finally, Janet took the initiative to ask him out, and it
was messed up by this Coral.
He just wanted to drive Coral away quickly and enjoy the meal with Janet.
Seeing Donahueiel’s firm attitude, Coral had no choice but to beg Janet.
“Janet, I am sorry. I was just too worried that you would make mistakes. Can you forgive
me this time?”
Coral didn’t want to eat the cup or go to jail. She was in her twenties, and she could not
leave any negative record.
“Don’t want to eat the cup or go to jail? That’s okay.”
Janet pushed Coral away mercilessly and looked down at Coral’s pale face.
“Wait for me at the Green family. I’ll discuss it with you tonight.”
Coral felt relieved. She nodded repeatedly and was about to run away with her bag.
She would not go to Janet’s place.
Unexpectedly, Janet saw through Coral’s thoughts.
With a cold voice, Janet said, “I’ll let Lawrence keep an eye on you. If you don’t go, or slip away halfway, you can wait for the court summons.”
Coral gritted her teeth. The mocking eyes around her made her feel extremely humiliated.
“I’ll go!”
Coral stomped her feet, stepped on her high heels, and fled out of the restaurant with a distorted expression.
Donahueiel stood up, walked around the table, and pulled out the chair for Janet.

“Sit down, don’t affect our meal because of that kind of person.”
Janet sat down with no expression, Donahueiel snapped his fingers, and the waiter
came over holding the menu.
Donahueiel gestured to Janet, and the waiter handed the menu to her.
After the drama, Janet lost her appetite, so she ordered a set meal.
While waiting for the food, she was not in the mood to talk, but stared at the busy traffic
outside the window in a daze.
Donahueiel observed Janet. The sunlight splashed on her beautiful side face, and
Donahueiel could see the small and lovely fluff on it.
He poured a glass of water for Janet. “When did you arrive?“.
Janet rarely took the initiative to ask him out, and Donahueiel was a little worried that
Coral’s blatant slander would ruin Janet’s mood.
Janet looked at him and took a sip of water.
“When you boast that the Webster Group is not short of money, and you can let me fool
you.”
Donahueiel didn’t respond immediately and felt a little embarrassed.”
“I am serious.”
Donahueiel was serious. He didn’t care if Janet really wanted to cooperate with him or
just fooled him around.
It was funny. He didn’t care about why Janet contacted him. He was happy as long as
Janet was still willing to talk to him.
Janet tasted the food.
“I appreciate that, Mr. Webster, but I never covet other people’s things.”
Donahueiel smiled. The most unique thing about the woman he fell in love with was that
she didn’t bother to depend on any man to live.

“Tell me, why did you come to my company like standing guard for two days?”
Janet swallowed the food and looked at Donahueiel a little impatiently.
Donahueiel stopped having the food and tried to hold his feelings. “I told you in the
morning. I want to date you again.”
Janet’s eyelashes trembled slightly, but she said calmly, “I told you more than once that
the relationship is serious, and we can’t go back to the past.”
What was more, the three years between her and Donahueiel couldn’t even be called the
past. It was just her wishful thinking.
