My Past is Just Prologue (Janet and Nathaniel) novel Chapter 88

Read My Past is Just Prologue By Louisa Dillon Chapter 88 – Donahue and His Sister

After Janet taught Conrad a lesson, she changed clothes in the car before returning to the villa.

As soon as she walked into the warm house, she saw a familiar face.

The man was dressed in a royal blue suit. His figure was neatly trimmed. And his face was sharp. But at this moment, he was lazily leaning on the sofa, which made him look a little more comfortable.

“Donahue!”

As soon as Janet saw the face of the visitor, she smiled and threw herself into Donahue’s arms.

“So reckless to hug me. What does it look like?”

Donahue’s tone was slightly indifferent. Even though he said so, he was not willing to push Janet away.

“What’s wrong with that?”

Janet was only able to let go of her defenses when facing her brothers, and even tightened her hands tightly, “Donahue, I know doted on me the most. Why don’t you tell me that you came back?”

Janet pleased him. Even though Donahue was going to teach Janet a lesson, his anger dissipated at this moment.

He tapped her nose, “I just got those things, and then I went back As soon as I got off the plane, I went to Nathaniel’s wedding. So I don’t have time to tell you.”

Donahue’s tone was still as light as ever. It needed time to get his attitude.

Janet felt the warmth in Donahue’s arms. Suddenly, she felt sad, and her eyes turned red.

If it wasn’t all because of her, Donahue wouldn’t make a lot of effort.

“Donahue, I miss you so much!”

Janet buried her head in Donahue’s neck and shoulders, silently sucking her nose, tears rolling in her eyes.

“Sure enough! When you have a new one, you forget the old one. You said that you like me the most. Now when Donahue comes back, someone completely forgets me. This is really sad!”

At this moment, Janet only felt that the sofa beside her was sinking slightly. Beacher’s jealous words reached her ears.

Janet raised her head, moved and sat between Donahue and Beacher, smiled, and punched Beacher lightly, “Beacher, you’re talking nonsense again!”

“I don’t care. Why didn’t I see you hug me? I want to hug too!”

Beacher raised his chin with an arrogant look on his face.

As he spoke, he opened his hands frankly and raised his eyebrows slightly, indicating that he was ready.

Seeing him like this, Janet felt a little helpless.

“You’re still jealous like a child,” Donahue said in a cold voice, but the words were full of a hint of pampering them.

“Why am I jealous? I don’t care!”

Beacher stepped forward to give Janet a firm hug, then opened his hand, and then looked at Donahue arrogantly with pride.

“Childish.”

Beacher was chattering, “I am willing to get Jill’s hug in exchange for childishness! By the way, Jill, why did you come back so

late? Did they make things difficult for you over there?”

Janet shook her head and smiled lightly, “No, it was because I met the gangster that Conrad found when I just got out of the car and wanted to bully me. It took me a while to beat him up.”

Janet said it lightly, but Donahue and Beacher were not stup*d. They could basically guess the danger.

Suddenly, the faces of the two changed.

“Conrad actually dares to attack you?”
