My Past is Just Prologue (Janet and Nathaniel) novel Chapter 98

Read My Past is Just Prologue By Louisa Dillon Chapter 98 – Watched Her Buying Ties for Other Man

As soon as Orville saw Nathaniel, he looked grim immediately. “Nathaniel, are you blind? Did you see Janet hit Anastasia? How could you meddle in matters between women? Have you no shame?”

He was about to help Janet, but Nathaniel predicted it first and waved him away with a cold face.

Janet was struggling, and she laughed in anger, “Let me go!”

Why didn’t she find out that Nathaniel was so blind?

From beginning to end, she had never touched Anastasia, yet he felt that she had insulted Anastasia?

Janet was completely heartbroken because of Nathaniel’s behavior of blindly defending Anastasia without asking about right and wrong.

Janet ruthlessly shook off Nathaniel’s hand. Her white arm instantly turned red.

Nathaniel was angrier when his hand was suddenly empty.

“I saw it with my own eyes, did I wrong you?”

Nathaniel came to this shopping mall in anger.

He ended the cooperation negotiation with anger. He thought that he must suppress his anger when he was on the way. And he wouldn’t get ugly with Janet.

But when he rushed to Longfellow Group, what did he hear?

“Excuse me, Mr. Webster, do you have an appointment?”

Nathaniel was not in a good mood when he heard the receptionist say the word “make an appointment”.

“Yes.”

In a low voice, he said that he talked about the cooperation between the two companies as an excuse, and then he passed the reception hall and entered the Longfellow Group.

As soon as he stepped in, he heard someone talking about Janet.

It was all about…

*Ms. Longfellow dressed up so nicely today. What will she do? I’ve never seen Ms. Longfellow so good-looking. She’s like a purple lily of the valley. Every word and action are addictive.”

“It must be on a date! You don’t know it? When do women dress up? Could it be that they dress up beautifully and go to the toilet?”

“Hahaha! I’ve heard from Bonnie that Ms. Longfellow asked her to book a place for dinner. She went out in such a hurry, and she must be

meeting someone!”

There were still many discussions like this, but Nathaniel didn’t have the mood to listen anymore.

Obviously, although everyone in the Longfellow Group was curious about what Janet was going to do, they still admired her.
