The final stage of promotion was just about to begin. 

Lina told Linda that it would soon be her turn. 

The company’s Publicity Department mentioned that the buzz was just right. Launching the official promotion at the peak of this hype would maximize the movie’s publicity effect. 

Linda agreed that it was indeed time. Her work would come up on articles related to movies on any social media platform, including reviews from movie lovers who had watched it in advance. 

Opinions of movie critics could not capture the audience’s attention. Instead, it was genuine reviews from those who had watched the movie that could do so. 

Everyone knew movie critics could be paid for their reviews, so their authenticity was questionable. The audience, who would spend their money on the movie, preferred the opinions of others who had paid as well. 

Patricia had initially suggested paying movie critics to write promotional articles for the movie, but Linda immediately rejected the idea. 

She believed her work could earn the audience’s approval without spending money on such tactics. Even if it yielded good results, it wouldn’t sit well with her conscience. 

She wouldn’t earn money in a way that felt dishonest. 

“It’s about time you step in.” Wendy opened a webpage on her phone. It featured the assistant director’s comments about the final roadshow. 

“We believe everyone has been eagerly waiting to see our director in person. This is Amber F’s first work since her return to the country, so she wants to present the highest quality work to everyone. That’s why she’ll participate in the final week’s roadshow. 

“We don’t have a specific schedule yet, but as the assistant director, I can assure you she will meet the audience during this roadshow.” 

The comments under the video were full of anticipation 

“I can’t believe I might see Amber F in person. Please announce the schedule soon. I’ll do anything to get 

a ticket.” 

“Is this a dream? Am I going to see Amber F at a roadshow?” 

“I’ve watched every one of Amber F’s works multiple times, but I still don’t know who she is to be a creative genius of such iconic works. I’ll seize the chance.” 

“We may be like family, but I hope y’all will go lenient on me when it comes to getting tickets for this event. I’m just a student.” 

Similar comments were everywhere. 

Although Linda annually produced work, she had never shown her face or revealed too much information through her official accounts: Shawould only use them to share necessary promotional updates. 

“Boss, if you ever get tired of directing, you should join the entertainment industry. You’ll become a sensation overnight, given your fan base.” 

Wendy had watched the movie with Lina yesterday and had a newfound admiration for Linda. 

“You think being an actor is easy? I think directing is exhausting enough.”
