"Brinley is that dead woman's half-sister," Fairfax dropped the bomb. "The reason Herbert is shielding Brinley is because the father stepped in."

"When that woman died, she made Herbert promise to take care of her family," Fairfax explained. "You know Zenith Corp, right? Herbert's been feeding them top-tier contracts for years."

"If it weren't for that woman's father, why do you think Herbert would align himself with a small-time operation like Zenith Corp?" Fairfax continued. "He treats the old man like a father-in-law.
