“So, you want to help me out? That’s sweet, but you don’t need to bother. I might not be great at a lot of things, but when it comes to winning over women, I’m basically unbeatable,” Elton said, oozing confidence.
“Elton, you’ve got some serious competition. You might want to step up your game. Ethan’s trying to get back together with her, and even Harold’s interested. He actually put his friendship with Ethan on pause just to chase after her.”
“Those older guys? Please. They haven’t even figured women out yet. They’re not going to stand a chance against me.”
Natalie grinned. “Well, good luck. I hope you get the girl.”
Getting more guys to chase after Isabella would only make things harder for Ethan. That was exactly what Natalie wanted. She was determined to keep Ethan and Isabella from getting back together, even if it meant sabotaging Isabella and throwing other suitors her way.
Adelina looked at Natalie, a little helpless. Still, Natalie was her daughter, and she couldn’t help but support her.

On the other side of town, Isabella sneezed a few times in a row. She grabbed a tissue and pressed it to her nose. “Someone must be talking about me behind my back,” she said to Harold. “Probably plotting something.”
“You’re probably just catching a cold. Don’t set the air conditioning too low at night,” Harold replied.
He picked up the serving utensils and put a little more food on her plate. “Come on, eat. Let’s stop talking about the show for now, or the food’s going to get cold.”
“Sorry,” Isabella said, laughing a little. “I get so into the story that I forget to eat.”
Dinner lasted longer than they expected.
After the meal, Harold insisted on driving Isabella back to her office. The bodyguards Ethan had arranged followed them from a distance. Their job was to keep Isabella safe, not to meddle in her personal life. Still, they kept Ethan updated about where she was, hoping it might help him win her back.
Besides the obvious security, there were bodyguards watching from the shadows too. This time, both Ethan and Harold were serious about making sure Isabella stayed safe. Neither of them wanted a repeat of what happened that night.

The readers' comments on the novel: After I Stopped Loving Him (Isabella and Ethan)
Frankly, the story initially was going quite good and the pacing was just right. unfortunately after Ethan got the dream of his past life, the story has been going in circles. Ethan's spouting the same nonsense every time he sees Isabella, they both have same conversations over and over. The authors monologue too has been the same for almost 400 chapters. Irrespective of which character the writing the just a repetition of what someone had gone through in the past and what made a certain character feel the emotions. York got introduced in 800 chapters yet nothing significant happened till date. Isabella is soft with Harold and kind of disgusted with Ethan, yet it is not entirely clear with whom she might end up. If she stays single i am fine with it but the story is clearly about Isabella and Ethan so almost 1000 chapters without seeing any progress in their relationship is frustrating. Except for being blindly in love and few aggressive instances with Isabella, Ethan actually isnt a bad person so i am fine if he can win her back. Even though Harold is coming off as a good second lead, i am somehow unable to warm upto him. Even the bad people in the story are not really facing any real consequences. I hate Jackson for his hypocrisy. I hate Jordan and Natalie for their self-righteouness and selfishness. I also hate Deborah, except when she is handing it out to Natalie. I am almost on the verge of dropping this story....
Why are they acting like kids 🤣😭...
Ethan is actually not that bad if we take out his blind love for Natalie...
