I stopped my footsteps and turned around to see what was bothering my eyes. I stopped right in front of the room, where I saw a man looking like Mate. However, after I returned, the man was no longer there, but the apartment room was still open.
"Maybe it's just my feelings because I just met Mate," I said in my heart.
I raised my shoulders slightly and smiled wryly.
"I love you so much, Mate, but how can I be a shadow and bring it to an apartment like this? Mate did manage to make me crazy," I added.
When I was about to continue my steps, suddenly there was a voice that was like calling my name.
"Alice...!"
And the voice sounded very quiet. I turned around to see who was calling me. But again, I don't see anyone.
"Did someone call me?"
Slowly, I walked closer to the apartment room that had been making me curious. While I was silent, I tried to pay attention to the voice whenever someone called me again.
I wanted to walk deeper into the mysterious apartment room, but I realized that if I visited without permission, it would be the same as embarrassing myself.
I took a deep breath and thought it was all just a hallucination. I turned around and walked quickly to Alpha's room.
"It was true that Mate said that he would go to an apartment tonight, but there's no way, right? What if my husband and I were in the same apartment?" I refuted my assumptions.
I continued walking until I reached room one, which was empty. I rang the bell that was in the upper-right corner of the door.
And not long after, Alpha opened the door.
"Hi, Alice!" I've been waiting for you for a long time," Alpha said to welcome me.
Although I tried to keep my promise, I couldn't hide my annoyance at Alpha's lies. I deliberately put on an upset face.
"Wait! "Don't go in yet!" said Alpha, restraining my steps when I was about to enter the apartment room.
"Why?" I was more annoyed.
"There's something I want to show you," said Alpha, who then pulled out something hidden behind his body.
"Alice, close your eyes before you go in," Alpha said, covering my eyes with a long red cloth.
"What the hell is this?" "Why did I close my eyes?"
"Just a minute, Alice!" "There's something I want to show you."
He then led me into the apartment. Even though I already showed an annoyed expression, why didn't Alpha seem to care? He did something ridiculous that I didn't like.
Alpha kept leading me until I felt like I was on my way.
"It's over," said Alpha, closing his eyes.
"What exactly do you want to do to me?" I asked in a panic.
"I'll count to three, and I'll open your eyes." How about? "Do you agree?" asked Mate.
I was surprised at what Mate did. It's very unusual that he suddenly behaves like a scene in a romantic movie, and that's just my guess.
"One, Two, Three!"
Mate slowly opened my eyes, and to my surprise, I saw roses strewn very abundantly on the bed. The white bed with lots of roses on it makes the apartment space beautiful.
"Alice, can you follow the direction of those roses?" Alpha command.
Even though I was upset, I obeyed what Alpha said. I walked in the direction of the roses arranged lengthwise on the floor. I walked and kept walking, but the roses were fixed on a bathtub that was also filled with so many roses.
"Wow. It's beautiful," I said admiringly.
I saw a little red box on a piece of paper, but I didn't know what it was.
"That little box is for you. Open it!" "Alpha, who knows if my eyes are fixed on a small red box?
I slowly approached the box and picked it up.
"This box is like a ring box," I muttered inwardly.
I looked at the Alpha, who kept looking at me.
He nodded to me as I asked to open the box.
I did what Alpha asked. I slowly opened the box, and my eyes widened when I saw such a beautiful diamond ring.
"Wow, that's beautiful," I said.
When I was fascinated by the beauty of the diamond ring, Alpha suddenly hugged me from behind.
"I love you, Alice! Will you live with me forever? We're going to have another wedding in the human world. Do you want to?" said Alpha, whose voice was so felt in my body.
I spoke a thousand languages. Yes, marriage in the human world—that's a phrase I've heard from the mouth of Mate.
