Words can’t describe how proud of my daughter l am. She stood tall and proud while she spoke to her mom and while I imagine that she had wanted some answers to those questions that have haunted her for a long time, deep down she also knew that there was a very big chance that she wouldn’t get them and when she didn’t she acted like” the strong, confident girl that I know she is and I couldn’t have been any more proud of her. She showed more courage than I ever had at her age and the way that she and Bonnie had each other’s backs made me want to howl with pride.

They barely know each other and yet they were willing to stand up for each other. That means more to me than they could ever know. I know that Bonnie is only two years older than Lottie but still, I see a great future to come for those two be it a relationship based on friendship or more. I don’t mind which direction they decide to take, as long as they are happy and get along, I’m good with whatever they want.

Within moments of her being out of the door with Shane several Elders and some of their people walk through them and I watch as Bonnie instantly stiffens up. I understand why, she more than likely doesn’t know any of then and none of the men are small. After all she’s been through I can see why she could feel scared but she doesn’t need to be.

I wouldn’t ever let anyone that could be a potential danger to her anywhere near her, ever!

I’m relieved once Lottie is out of here, I don’t want Lola to taint her any more than she already has and if she had stayed to see what was going to happen to her and the others then I’m almost certain that she would have been permanently traumatised. However, the moment the Elders and their people arrive and I see Bonnie tense up, my anger quickly resurfaces. Fuck, those assholes are going to pay for everything that they had done!By the time the Elders reach us, I have Bonnie tucked inside my arms. and I want to howl with pride when I feel her start to somewhat relax.

Intentional or not she sought me out to feel safe, and that means more than she’ll ever know.

“Alpha Nicholas. Thank you for informing me of the situation and allowing us to be here.” While I knew that I couldn’t stop the Elders from coming here it didn’t mean that I would allow them near my mate if I didn’t trust them enough. Luckily for me, I’ve worked with Elder Rick more than once and he’s honestly one of the best men that I have ever met.

“Bonnie, I am Elder Rick, it is a pleasure to meet you. Alpha Nicholas give me a quick description of what is going on and I just want to reassure you that no one is here to hurt you in any way dear girl. Any one of the men that I have brought with me are here in support of you and would protect you with their lives. Please trust us. Easier said than done I know but I promise you are safe.” I give Elder Rick an appreciative nod. The fact that he doesn’t have to answer to anyone but still wanted to reassure my mate means a lot and I won’t forget it.

” have brought along Elder Johns, Elder Stevens, Elder Franklin and several of our guards. From what I have been told there are four wolves in this room who are a shame to our kind So let’s not waste any more time on them and get started shall we?” Now we’re talking. I nod agreeing with him before guiding Bonnie over to where my brothers are standing just in time for Shane’s return.

“Please tell me you didn’t start without me?” He asks as he wipes sweat from his forehead. He’s run back here the eager bastard. “Don’t worry bro, we left two for you to witness.” Will Churps. He always loves to wind one of us up. “Why? Why would you start without me?” I bark out a laugh at the sheer disappointment that’s on his face along with most of the men in the room. Even Bonnie has a little smirk on her face that I find cute as fuck.

“We didn’t think you’d mind?” He’s going to get a slap from Shane if hekeeps this up. “Wait, why are you all laughing… You are joking ain’t you, you little shit!” This time I bellow out with laughter while Shane slaps Will upside his head but he’s soon joined in laughing which is how it usually ends with us lot.

“Ok before we start, Bonnie, you are free to stay here and witness what happens but I would much prefer it if you went to wait with the other ladies. These sad excuses for wolves have destroyed your life enough and I don’t want them to taint even another minute of it.” I’m practically pleading with her but I don’t want the memories of what is. about to happen to stay with her. She doesn’t need it nor does she deserve it.

After a round of goodbyes, Will leads her out of the room while the rest of us get into position ready to end these motherfuckers. Of course, he’s back within minutes eager to get this started and I’m glad about that. The sooner we rid the world of these assholes the better.

“Guys, let’s get these lot sitting a bit closer shall we? After all, we wouldn’t want any of them missing out on the show now would we?” All I hear are chuckles around the room as the guys make quick work of getting them all sitting close while I stand and watch them. Every single one of them is finally starting to show fear and it makes me all the happier.

“So, would anyone like to volunteer to go first?” Of course, as I expected not one of them moves a muscle. “No? Well, that’s a shame but not a problem.” I walk over until I’m standing right in front of them pointing at each of them as I go along. “Eny meany miny mo.” I stop on Rowan and smirk as he starts to shake. “I thought you were a big bad Beta, but right now you look like a little boy whos about ready to piss himself so clearly I was wrong.”

I don’t let him say a word instead I punch him quick and hard in the stomach and watch as he tries to bend over to protect himself. You see while werewolves are incredibly strong and it takes a lot to hurt us, it doesn’t mean that we don’t have weak spots and luckily for theseassholes I know every single one of them. “You prick!” he snarls. “Oh, he finally found his balls!” Robbie chuckles. “You’re going to be sorry that you ever touched me. You wait until my pack finds out about this and my Alpha. You are going to be in so much trouble.”

“Oh, I am more than informed on everything that is about to happen so while I appreciate your concern for my knowledge. you don’t need to worry yourself with that.” Alpha Thomas grunts as he walks into the room. The guy has amazing timing. He said he had some business to attend to before he would be here but I starting to worry that he would miss out on all the fun.

Rowan’s face is a sight to behold when he sees his Alpha walk towards us. Fuck, do I wish I was filming this. Bonnie would love it. He stops once he’s standing next to me and makes a show of looking at every single one of them. “Yes.” he nods. “”ll take him.” He moves until he’s standing in front of Bonny’s dad and again | want to laugh at the look on his face. He’s in for a world of hurt and he knows it.
