Alpha's Regret After the Divorce by Christina novel Chapter 251

Chapter 251

“The data drive,” I said urgently. “Do you know how to decrypt it?”

Kim’s eyes flickered with intelligence. “Ethan’s… encryption system… uses a special sequence…”

“What sequence?” I leaned closer.

She struggled to concentrate. “He calls it… the Genesis Code… connected to Lyra’s birthday and… date of death…”

Vanessa watched the monitors anxiously. “Her heart rate is rising.”

Kim suddenly gripped my hand with surprising strength. “One more thing… Northern Lake District… second laboratory… he’ll go there…”

Then her expression contorted, her voice transforming into something harsh and alien. “You’ll never stop us!”

Kim’s body began convulsing violently. I stumbled backward as medical staff rushed forward.

“Increase the suppressant dosage!” the doctor ordered.

I watched helplessly as my sister’s body writhed, her face shifting between expressions–sometimes Kim’s, sometimes a stranger’s. Her eyes flashed between clarity and malice.

After several agonizing minutes, Kim’s body finally stilled, sedated into unconsciousness. The medical team stabilized her vitals.

“This dual–consciousness state can’t continue long–term,” the lead doctor warned. “The mental battle is causing neurological damage. We need to find a way to separate them soon.”

I nodded, feeling a renewed sense of urgency. “Thank you. I need to get this information to the decryption team.”

I hurried back to the main computer station. “I have a lead,” I announced. “The Genesis Code, connected to Lyra’s birthday and death date.”

Rocco looked up sharply. “The Genesis Code… that was a cipher system Lyra and I created as children.”

Rebecca immediately began typing new parameters. “This could be our breakthrough. We need the exact dates.”

Rocco provided the information, and Rebecca’s fingers flew across the keyboard. On the screen, the progress bar suddenly accelerated.
