The atmosphere started heating up in the bedroom.

Lucian clasped me in his claws.

I woke up from a nightmare, breathing heavily and slowly opened my eyes.

Staring at my bedroom ceiling, I was in a trance.

The sorrow I suffered in the dream was too overwhelming, and for a moment, I could not distinguish between dream and reality.

Until I felt the presence and the strong Alpha scent from Lucian, my consciousness came back.

My face was still pale, and I trembled with rage.

Without thinking much, I raised my hand to push Lucian away, shouting, “Lucian, let go of me.”

I looked more miserable.

In the past five years, Lucian had never cared about my feelings.

I had been used to enduring everything, and it was all because I loved Lucian and I wanted Aurora to have a happy family.

Now, Aurora had gone, and I had severed bond with him. Why couldn’t he leave me alone?

“Lucian, I told you to let go of me. Do you hear me?”

I struggled harder, trying to free myself from his embrace.

As Lucian kissed me again, I bit his lip, fiercely.

Instantly, Lucian’s lower lip was bleeding.

The taste of blood in his mouth made him visibly stunned for a moment. I seized the chance to push him away with all my strength.

Then, I escaped from his embrace by turning over.

I had not eaten anything for a long time, so just a few simple movements were enough to make me pant heavily and feel dizzy.

However, I didn’t let my guard down, wrapping myself tightly in a furry blanket, and looked at Lucian with a wary

gaze.

I was warning him with my eyes that if he dared to touch me again, I would kill him.

Realizing I resisted him, Lucian lost his sexual desire.

He turned over and got out of bed. As he was getting dressed, his phone slipped out of his pocket and fell onto the bed. The screen lit up.

There were over a dozen missed calls, all from Willow.

Lucian suddenly remembered his promise made in the morning. He was supposed to be with Willow now. He quickly got dressed.
