‘We’re staying in town tonight. No need to stay cooped up in the car.”

In truth, he wasn’t bored at all.

Because he had heard everything they said. Every little scheme on everyone’s mind was crystal clear to nim.

Including Cecelia’s plan to form a new team with Ivy, Amber, and him.

She had already felt something was strange earlier.

Cecelia answered directly, “Starting today, we’re going our separate ways from their team. The only thing left between us is temporary cooperation. We’re not teammates anymore. Got it?”
