Apocalypse God Mode: Unlocked (Cecilia) novel Chapter 116

Chapter 116 Spatial Ability

The fluid in the pool stopped overflowing.

Finished

Cecelia tried scooping some up and carrying it to the edges where no grass had grown yet, pouring it onto the bare soil.

But it didn’t work like before. It didn’t break down into soil. No grass grew.

So the soil and grass only expand when a crystal core is put into the pool to level it up?

That meant this was the upgrade mechanic of the blank space.

Cecelia couldn’t help getting excited. If it can grow soil and grass, doesn’t that mean I can plant things here? Maybe I can try bringing something in from outside

With that thought, she immediately left the blank space.

When she opened her eyes, she spotted a pair of black scissors on the nightstand.

Without thinking much, she grabbed them and reentered the blank space.

But when she opened her eyes again—

Where were the scissors in her hand?!

Did she guess wrong?

Cecelia froze. The bright anticipation in her eyes dimmed instantly. Half amused, half helpless, she bent down and started pulling weeds.

Are you messing with me? Did this upgrade grow a patch of grass just so my feet wouldn’t hurt when I exercise?

That’d be such a scam

huh?

She suddenly paused. There was something stuck to the back of her handa flat, dried, pitchblack dead Пly.

Waitwhere did this come from?

Cecelia frowned. She was about to toss it away in disgust.

But soon something felt off.

Her eyes lit up. She immediately slipped out of the blank space again.

Back in the real world, she was still sitting on the bed. She flipped her hand overthe one holding the scissorsand, sure enough, the shriveled fly corpse was still there.

Ugh!

Cecelia was stunned.

Finished

Hold updid my space upgrade just unlock the ability to bring in dead flies?

Please tell me it’s not that messed up.

Outside the door.

Jerome had just raised his hand to knock when Cecelia’s thoughts suddenly rang out from inside.

His eyes flickered. After a pause, he slowly lowered his hand.

Inside, her mental rant kept going.

Jesus! Powers can be unique, but please don’t make mine this creepy!

Are you trying to tell me I can stuff zombies in here now?

That’s disgusting. I’m not raising zombies!

Wait. Raising zombies might not be impossible. Mutated zombie crystals are basically cultivated like poison bugs…. Nowait! What am I even thinking?! That’s way too gross. Forget it!

Jerome was dumbfounded.

So her power is a spatial ability.

Ora space that only stores animal corpses.

Cecelia was devastated.

Surely she couldn’t be that unlucky.

After all, she’d even been given a chance to be reborn.

That had to count for something, right?

After thinking it over, she decided to run another test.

The moment she looked up, she spotted a big, plump bee resting on the window.

The bee seemed to think the glass was a flower, clinging to it and sucking away happily,

Cecelia pursed her lips, pulled a sheet of paper from the nightstand, and walked over with a serious expression. In one swift move, she slapped the paper over the greedy little bee.

The moment she caught it, she flashed back into the space.

The next second, a sharp sting shot through her hand.

She opened her palm.

The fat bee was angrily jabbing her with its stinger.

It hurt. Quite a bit. But the pain made her oddly excited. Her smile slowly turneda little unhinged.

Then Cecelia snapped back to her senses.

Quickly suppressing her excitement, she pinched the bee by its tail and carefully pulled the stinger out of her palm.

Since the stinger hadn’t snapped off, the bee was still lively and kicking.

She released it.

The bee immediately buzzed upward and flew off without a single glance back.

Cecelia didn’t mind. While she was at it, she dipped her stung hand into the fluid.

The stuff really was amazing.

After soaking it for a bit, the pain disappeared completely.

It felt a lot like Ivy’s healing ability.

But the thing that made her happiest today was discovering that her space could hold living creatures.

Of course, testing it with just one bee wasn’t enough.
