Cecelia’s tone was flat. She had no plans to help those people. Timothy would probably deal with them.
The woman leading the group was named Leanna.
She walked over with the others to Hendrick and Cecelia, looking extremely grateful. Her voice choked as she said, “Thank you so much. I’m from Channing Town. My name is Leanna. I’ll take them back with me, but could you please give us a ride there?”
Channing Town?
Timothy frowned slightly, thinking of Steven, but he didn’t answer right away.
Regina didn’t know Steven had come before, but she had chatted with Leanna on the way here and heard about what they had gone through. She couldn’t help feeling sorry for them. “Timothy, can we take them back? Channing Town isn’t that far from here. Only about three miles.”
“We’ll talk about it later.”
Timothy didn’t agree. He figured the people from Channing Town would probably come again anyway, so there was no need for them to drive anyone back.
After saying that, he told Matthew to go get some food. He planned to ask Hendrick what exactly had happened.
Just then, someone suddenly stumbled out of the bushes. It was a burly guy covered in blood, looking extremely miserable.
He staggered down from the hillside, barely able to stay on his feet. When he finally reached the concrete road, he couldn’t hold on anymore.
With a loud thud, he collapsed heavily onto the ground.
Cecelia frowned slightly and stepped forward to take a look.
He was basically hanging on by a thread. But one of his eyes was still open, staring at her without blinking.
It looked like he was trying to see someone through her
His sister?
“Cece? Who is he?”
“Oliver Cook. A level 4 physical ability user. Harvey tortured him into this state. Ivy, help heal him.”
If he were an ordinary person, Cecelia wouldn’t bother asking Ivy to waste her ability.
But they might run into a level 4 mutated zombie at any time.
It would be a shame to waste such a strong fighter.
Hearing that, Ivy didn’t ask inore questions and immediately used her ability to heal Oliver.

Actually, most of Oliver’s injuries were just external wounds. His internal organs were fine. The biggest problem was his brain.
Using only about one–third of her ability, Ivy healed all the wounds on his body. Except for the blind eye, the other swollen eye returned to normal.
Oliver felt the pain and exhaustion slowly fade away.
He pushed himself up from the ground and sat there, looking confused at Cecelia and Ivy. He then said hoarsely, “Sis…”
“Is he looking for his sister?” Ivy asked in confusion.
“Probably. But there’s a good chance he won’t find her.”
Cecelia asked Ivy, “Do you feel anything else wrong with him?”
Ivy nodded and frowned. “While healing him, I could clearly feel serious damage to his nervous system. I can’t fix that.”
“In simple terms, he’s dumb now?”
Ivy nodded. “You could say that. But not completely. He probably lost part of his memory.”
Cecelia frowned. The worst–case scenario had really happened. Still, as long as his combat strength was still there, whether he was dumb or not didn’t seem like a big issue.
After thinking for a moment, she looked at Oliver and asked, “Do you remember your name?”
“Oliver,” he answered honestly.

Ivy was about to say something when Oliver suddenly raised his head and stared straight at Cecelia. “Sister… Kelly…”
“Huh?”
Ivy froze for a moment. She looked at Oliver in confusion, then suddenly seemed to realize something. Her expression turned complicated as she glanced at Cecelia “Cece, I think he mistook you for his sister.”
Hearing that, Cecelia looked a little awkward and turned to Oliver. “You’ve been calling me ‘sis, so now you think I’m your sister?”
Oliver had looked confused just moments ago, but now he spoke firmly, word by word, “You… Kelly. My
sister.”
Just as she thought.
