Chapter 76 Level Up
“Yeah. Hendrick, I understand. Thank you all for the encouragement.”
Finished
Regina let out a relieved breath. Then she looked at Cecelia, who had been standing quietly nearby. She said gratefully, “Thank you too, Cecelia.”
“Hmm?”
Cecelia raised an eyebrow lazily. “I didn’t do anything.”
“You did.”
Regina looked at her. “I listened carefully to what you said earlier. After that, I started organizing all the information I was receiving, and it really helped.”
Even though she didn’t like Cecelia, she had to admit those words had truly helped her.
Everyone’s ability was different.
Her psychic ability was even more unique.
How to use it to grow stronger was something she had to explore herself.
Cecelia’s words had been like a guiding light, helping her find direction when her mind was in complete chaos.
So thanking Cecelia felt only fair.
“Is that so?”
Cecelia looked slightly surprised and smiled faintly. “That’s good then. Looks like I got lucky with my guess. As long as it helped.”
After saying that, she glanced at the messy room and frowned in disgust. “I’m going to rest in another
room.”
Ivy reminded her, “Cece, there are rooms upstairs.”
“Okay,” Cecelia responded casually and slowly walked out.
Ivy sighed helplessly and helped Regina out of bed. “Let’s change rooms too. You still need to rest.”
“Mhm…”
Regina looked at her gratefully. “Thank you, Ivy.”
“It’s nothing. We’re teammates. We should help each other. And look–Cece really is getting better, isn’t she? She’s just a bit introverted and doesn’t speak very nicely. I just hope everyone can be a little more patient with her while she slowly improves.”
As Ivy said that, she glanced at Hendrick and Matthew.

Matthew scratched his head, not sure what to say. “Yeah, I guess. I do feel like Cecelia is getting better.
“Hendrick, what do you think?”
He turned to Hendrick.
Ivy also looked over.
Hendrick raised an eyebrow slightly and said calmly, “Still under observation. After all, you all know what she’s done over the past month. We can’t completely change our view of her just because she’s behaved a little better these past few days.”
Regina and Matthew thought that made sense and nodded.
Ivy didn’t say anything more.
After all, she was different from them. She was Cecelia’s older sister.
Even if Cecelia had done bad things before, she could still accept it and believe her sister would improve.
Timothy, Hendrick, and the others were different.
They weren’t related to Cecelia.
They had only allowed her to stay in the group because of Ivy.
Getting them to truly change their opinions of Cecelia was never going to be easy.
“Achoo!”
On the third floor, Cecelia suddenly sneezed.
She stood on the balcony and looked downstairs, spotting Zera and Amber standing below the building where their safe house was.
Those two had disappeared earlier.
They were probably told by Timothy to hide somewhere.
Now that things had calmed down, they had come out again.
Cecelia rested her chin on her hand and watched for a moment before seeing Timothy walk out of the building and bring the two of them inside.
The next second, Ryan’s excited laughter exploded from downstairs. “Hahaha! I did it! I finally leveled up! And I’m level 3!”
His smug laughter was deafening.
Not just inside this building–other people could probably hear it dozens of feet away.

And she didn’t just hear it.
When Cecelia looked down, she saw a fireball shoot out from a second–floor window.
Whoosh!
It instantly ignited a pile of firewood at the front entrance.
Flames burst up.
The doorway was brightly lit.
On the ground still lay the arm of the level 3 zombie she had chopped off earlier.
“Cece.”
