Before anyone could even react, Jarred shoved past Sienna and scooped Celeste up in his arms.

Celeste's head lolled weakly against his shoulder. She looked incredibly pale, her lips completely drained of color.

Jarred's brows pulled tight as he barked at the maids. "Get the driver! We're going to the hospital!"

Sienna watched the entire spectacle with absolute indifference.

She saw right through Celeste's pathetic little act.

The second the woman fainted, Sienna knew.

"No need to make such a fuss," Sienna finally said, casually stepping in the maid's way. "Sterling Manor is crawling with doctors. Grab any of them; it's faster than a hospital trip. Hell, I can treat her right now!"

Jarred's lips pressed into a hard line as he shot her a dark look, clearly trying to read her angle.

Sienna offered a tight smile. "Any later, and she might not make it."

Jarred's eyes remained unreadable, but he ultimately stayed silent.

He adjusted his grip on Celeste, turning on his heel and carrying her straight to the guest bedroom.

Sienna strolled casually behind him, a trailing line of panicked elders flooding into the room after them.

Jarred carefully laid Celeste down on the bed.

The second he stepped back, Sienna was already hovering over the mattress.

She reached out and pressed two fingers to Celeste's wrist.

Her pulse was strong and completely steady—she was about as unconscious as a marathon runner!

Sienna hid her smirk, pulling her hand away to address the maid. "Go get my acupuncture kit from Grandpa's room."

The maid didn't dare waste a second, returning instantly with the velvet box.
