“You see your grandfather……I mean the man who posed as your grandfather gave me too your father’s parents so I
wouldn’t interfere with his plans. On your father’s 18 birthday he found out we were mates and of course since we
believed we were siblings he was confused and scared out of his mind. She looked sad for a moment obviously
remembering the past.
“He left that night and broke my heart. I didn’t see him again till I was a few months from turning 18 myself. I was
working at a…..” Her eyes snapped up to look at us a deep blush spreading across her face. “I was a uh….dancer at a club
when I saw your father again.”
Oh my god she wasn’t talking about what I thought she was? Was she? My mother a–a stripper? I tired imagining my
mother like that and imdently shuddered blocking the thoughts and I watched as Luca and Leo shuddered too obviously
having the same thoughts.
“I had to get money back then seeing as I was alone.” She defended quickly.
‘Anyways I had never seen your father as my older brother and I don’t think he ever thought of us as siblings either. My
feelings since childhood were beyond the normal sibling love and of course I thougt I was sick and disgusting for having
such thoughts for my own blood. We both fought each other as much as we could but of course on my 18 birthday I
shifted and was able to recognize my mate.” She smiled faintly at the memory.
“We couldn’t fight our feelings and at that point I didn’t care if were siblings he was my mate and I loved him. But as
soon as he saw my wolf which of course born the royal birth mark he knew. At the time I’d had two roommates and as
fate would have it your Uncle Adrian was one of those roommates. What a supirse it was to him to find out his long lost
sister had been living with him.”
“Your life is like a TV show.” Luca muttered with wide eyes.
“Oh hush‘ She snapped throwing a throw pillow at him.
‘Wasn’t it hard to move from the transition of siblings to mates?” Leo asked.
My mother shook her head blushing. “Like I said I never had any feelings for him in a sibling way. I’d always been in love
with him we just happened to be raised by the same people.
I blinked alittle stunned. My parents relationship had differently started out rocky yet you’d never know by the way they
acted now.
“Have you two picked out any names for the boys? My mother asked obviosuly changing subjects.
I sighed and rubbed my bulging stomach. We’d went to the doctor last week and been in luck when both babies were visible. We were having two twin boys. To say Shadow was overjoyed would have been a understatement
‘Not really‘ I smiled sheepish.
“Well I had been thinking Lyra for a girl and Lucas for a boy but…” Shadow looked down and I smiled at him Maybe we would could try for a little girl after the boys were born?

*I like Lucas.” I said thoughtfully.
“Ugh your not going to go with all L names are you?” Luca groaned.
I stuck my tongue out at him.
“Yes I am because I can so suck it!”
The other laughed at my slightly childish behavior seeing as they rarely saw this side of me. “Luca leave your sister
alone.” My mother chided.
I gave him a smug look and he cried out in mock outrage. “Just admit it she’s your favorite isn’t she?”
My mother placed a hand to her heart. “Of course not Luca I love my children all the same.” She discreetly winked to me
causing me to giggle.
“Luca she just winked at Lena! Oh my gosh were the lesser children, at least dad still loves us.” Leo fake sniffled.
‘Actually-” I said smiling.
Luca and Leo looked at each other in horror. “No! She’s turned him too! Oh nobody loves us!” Luca cried dramatically
ignoring his mates glare.
Valentina punched him and he flushd. “Oh yeah I forgot about you babe.”
She gasped and stood up but he quickly wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her onto his lap. “I was just kidding
gah woman!” He muttered.
I laughed but grunted in pain as one of the babies suddenly kicked me in the rib. Shadow instatnly placed his hand on
my side having felt the slight pain through our open bond. He rubbed my side gently and after a moment the pain
eased away.
The babies are stronger then normal pups seeing as thier royal. You’ll be due sooner then usual too. My mother side
looking over me worridly.
