“Shut up you brat!” A deep voice snapped making fear wash over me in a cold wave.

“How long do you think till her brother comes? I don’t want to have to baby sit this kid forever! A voice growled

Relax man her brother will come especially once he find his dead parents.” Another voice chuckled

I whimpered again remembering all the blood. It had covered the walls and floors. Mommy had screamed for me to run before the blood had coated her chest. She had fallen to the ground her eyes open.

I tried to get her to stand up but she just stared at me the blood soaking her pretty blue dress.

Daddy was lying in the living room much like mommy. Mommy had screamed and cried when the bad men pointed the black thing at daddy. I remembered a loud bang and suddenly daddy was on the floor his eyes staring at us.

Mommy had tried to push me out the kitchen window but the bad men grabbed us.

A sob racked through me, I wanted my mommy and daddy to come get me. I didn’t like these bad men. They had hit me on the face when I’d done nothing wrong.

They kept talking about my brother but my brother went away and was never coming back. Daddy told me so and

daddy never lied to me.

*Shut up!” One of the men screamed at me slapping me hard. I cried out and clutched my face. I moved to the other side

of the car where he wouldn’t be able to reach me and wrapped my arms around my legs and buried my face in my

knees.

I wanted to go home and I wanted to go home now.

Suddenly the car screeched to a halt and the door next to me flew open. I screamed as a large man grabbed me and took

me into a large building.

I closed my eyes and wished this was all a dream and when I woke up mommy would smile at me and giving me her famous hugs.

Suddenly I was in a room with a man in a smart business suit. He smiled at me but it was not a nice smile

I want mommy and daddy! I cried backing away from him. His smile turned into a ugly smirk

‘I promise you’ll be with your parents very soon I just need your brother to show up and everything will be fine.” He told

me

But I didn’t believe him. He was a bad man I could tell and daddy said bad men te all the time I curled into a ball in one

corner and cried and cried

My eyes flew opened with a gasp I nearly screamed when I realised a large body was laying on top of mine

I calmed when Blaze’s scent washed over me but I quickly became alarmed when I felt his lips as my neck.

“Blaze what are you doing?” I asked hesitantly.

“Your so pretty.” He sighed his lips moving to my shoulder.

“Blaze get off me.” I cried trying to push his chest but he was like a wall.

“I love you so much cupcake. Why can’t you love me back?” He asked his voice suddenly sad. I realized then that he was

extremely drunk.

Anger rushed through me making me fight harder.

“I do love you Blaze now get off me!” I yelled when one of his hands pushed under my shirt to rub circles on my side.

He shook his head sadly. “No you don’t love me like I love you. I’ve always been in love with you why can’t you see that?”

He asked.

“Blaze your drunk you don’t know what your talking about.” I said desperately hoping to god this was just the alcohol

talking. Blaze couldn’t be in love with me. He couldn’t. I wasn’t his mate and he wasn’t mine.

He shook his head and suddenly his lips were on mine. I tried and tried to push him off but it was no use I wasn’t strong

enough. Tears fell from my eyes as a rush of fear suddenly took hold of me.

Blaze wouldn’t rape me. Right?

I jerked my head to the side causing his lips to move to my cheek.

“Blaze please stop!” I begged.

“Why don’t you love me?” He whispered.

‘Blaze stop! I screamed when he suddenly ripped my shirt off. Doing the only thing I could think of I took a deep breath

a screamed at the top of my lungs.

My door instantly flew open a booming growl shaking the walls Suddenly Blaze was thrown off me and across the room

I quickly grabbed my shirt and pulled it back on.
