“Luke take her” I whispered feeling my arms go slack. Quickly he picked her up and as soon as she was out my arms the monitor that was connected to my heart rate suddenly went crazy.

“Emma!” Luke yelled.

I smiled softly at him and whispered those three words before everything went dark.

Luke. P.O.V

I paced frantically as my mate’s family held my children in their arms. My mate,my beautiful little mate was

bleeding out in the bed room. My wolf was going crazy and I wasn’t far from it.

I had to be forced out the room as the healer said she needed to be alone when she did her work. My heart

ached at the thought of losing Emma. Hell my knees were about to give out.

I couldn’t do this without her she was everything. Our babies needed her just as much as I did.

Suddenly my little girl started to cry her beautiful little face turning a light pink. I gently picked her from the

Queen’s arms and rocked her. She quieted down and grasped my finger in her little hand.

I stared down at her in complete awe.

This was my daughter.

I had actually created her, she was mine.

I kissed her forehead and continued to rock her. “Mommy’s going to be okay……..she has too” I whispered.

Unknown P.O.V

I wanted to scream in frustration. The soldier I had sent to kill Emma had failed. I sat quietly as I watched

her mate rock their daughter in his arms.

That child would bear the next powerful heir. Suddenly plans started to form in my head. But I had to make

sure Emma was dead first. I smiled as I realized I might not have to kill her.

She might just bleed out from child birth. That would make my plans so much easier and make the nagging voice in my head stop making me feel guilty.

My ignorant little wife cuddled into my side. I wanted to just laugh at how easy it had been to trick her. I

wasn’t her real mate though she didn’t know that. I had truly loved her in the start and still did but it wouldn’t

stop me from my mission.

The darkness wouldn’t let me stop. Emma had to die soon and I would have to look over the fact that she

was my own child because in the end she was never suppose to have been born.

Emma. P.O.V

I frowned and opened my eyes but quickly closed them as a bright light blinded me.

“Sweetheart?”

I turned my head and slowly opened my eyes seeing Luke’s worn out face. I was alive.

His chuckle was watery.“Your going to be the death of me” He whispered.

I smiled weakly and pulled him onto the bed his arms wrapping around me tightly.

“How long have I been asleep?”

“Two long days” He sighed.

“How are they?” I asked worriedly.

“Their perfect baby girl” He smiled kissing my forehead.

“They can’t wait to see you again though” He smiled standing up. Pulling me up gently he helped me stand

and walk to the other side of the room where three bassinets rested. I placed a hand to my chest as I stared

at my three little angels.

They all slept peacefully their little mouth in a soft ‘O‘.

“What are we going to name them?” Luke asked wrapping his arms around my waist.

I suggested a few names and after a long time we finally decided.

Smiling down at my first boy I placed a hand on his little head and whispered his name. “Luca Adrian”

Moving to my other son I brushed my fingers across his cheek “Leo Clayton”

An finally I stopped in front of my daughter who rested peacefully her little fist curled against her cheek.

“Lena Rose”
