Slowly he rose from his crouched position and stared at me.

I pointed at him suddenly furious. “Don’t you ever come at me again. I could have killed you without even realizing it. I understand that you are protective of your mate but I have no reason to harm her. You hate me I get it just leave me alone and I’ll leave you alone, I didn’t ask for any of this.”

My hands were shaking my body vibrating with the violence that wanted to explode from me. I could have easily shot him again, I don’t know what made me point it at myself at the last second but I was grateful. I didn’t need the death of my brother to join the others.

I was about to walk away when I suddenly felt my body being pulled and ripped. I knew what was

happing and knew I wouldn’t make it to somewhere in private in time.

Finally it stopped and I opened my eyes. I saw Leo and the girls and I saw my grandfather, Clarie and

Shadow.

My body litearlly in two places.

Phones were to childish for my grandfather. He preferred it this way no matter that I could have been fighting for my life at the moment. Only a dark witch could do this and I suddenly wished none

of them existed.

Leo was asking me what was wrong but I couldn’t answer him. “Hello grandfather” I said flatly hiding the hate boiling inside me.

In one body I could see Leo’s eyes widening in confusion in my other body my grandfather narrowed his eyes. “Why is there blood on you little flower?” my grandfather asked.

“I was shot by a solider I was being clumsy” I answered trying to block out Leo’s questioning from my other body if that made any sense.

My grandfather tsked at me shaking his head.

“Its been weeks now. Why havn’t you completed the mission” he demanded.

I glared at him.

“There is a child. I’ve never killed a child before, this mission has become difficult” I answered.

His eyes flickered with surpise for a second before he rolled his eyes. “Your not killing a child your killing a target. Do it or your mate suffers your errors”

Suddenly Claire slung her arm forward sending a sliver

to not look at Shadow the entire time to not show

ship through the air. I’d been trying much I really cared for him.

Shadow’s body ached in agony but he didn’t make a sound.

“Stop it!” I screamed.

My grandfather smiled at me cruely. “Finish your mission now little flower before its to late”

The whip slung thorugh the air again hitting the same spot as before making a cry admit from his

throat.

“Shadow!” I screamed running to him. I grabbed the end of the whip ignoring the burn and ripped it from Clarie’s hands. I stumbled back shocked as she slashed her nails across my face. Before anyone could stop me I slung the whip forward making it wrap around her throat.

I kicked out a leg and almost laughed at the sound of her scream of pain as I broke her arm. She’d pay for hurting my mate oh she’d pay.

I moved forward and slashed my claws across her face making sure to catch her eye. I went to break her neck when I was suddenly thrown back against the wall beside Shadow.

“Lena” he yelled.

I pushed to my feet and caressed his face leaving smugs of blood. “I’ll get you out of here….I promise”

He opened his mouth but I didn’t hear his last words as my body was suddenly ripped back into one.

I blinked and fell onto my knees and screamed. And screamed and screamed.

I just wanted a normal life.

“Leave me alone” I yelled as Leo picked me up. He ignored me and yelled Luca’s name. I ignored the warmth that spread through me at his touch and screamed bloody murder thrashing in his arms.

I wanted down. I wanted to be left alone. I wanted Shadow.

Luca ran in flustered and alert. He instantly moved toward us which only fulled my anger. “LET.ME.GO!”

They ignored me and moved me to a couch before placing me between them and wrapping both their arms around me.

I tried to escape but it was useless when they were both

muscle. Finally I gave in and went

limp into their hold. Tears streamed down my face an cursed my emotions.

I laid my head on Luca’s chest as he kissed my cheek and wiped my tears away. After a while he shifted me and laid me against Leo’s chest. Leo stiffened for a second before pulling me closer and wrapping his arm under my legs.
