Serena had never been granted the chance to get out of bed by herself over the past three days.

She felt like her back would break. Finally, the staff returned to work after three days.

“Sebastian, clean up the mess you made before the servants return. Otherwise, don’t even think about doing this with me again.”

She kicked Sebastian off the bed. It seemed that the once untouchable man was only human, after all.

More than satisfied, he drew closer to her with a hoarse voice. “Honey, will you clean me after I clean up the bathroom, the floor–to- ceiling windows, the couch, and the dining table?”

These were the spots where they had passionate sex over the past few days.

She instantly flushed with anger and embarrassment.

She slammed the door in his face with a bang.

When Charles returned to the villa, he was shocked to find the entire place as spotless as before his break.

Sebastian caught her glare and curled his lips. “You must be starving. Want some ham?”

She glowered at him and tossed the ham he offered back onto his plate. “No need. I’m full.”

Her raised voice startled Charles. What happened when we were gone? Mrs. Levine has turned into a different person!

He hooked an arm around her waist, seated her on his lap, and gently coaxed, “Don’t go yet. Fine. We won’t have ham, Let’s eat something else.”

Then, he fed her bite by bite.

Charles went silent. He didn’t expect the first thing he would witness after coming back to be the display of affection from Sebastian,

“Mr. Levine, the gifts are ready. When will you and Mrs. Levine head out to the Steele Residence?”

His reminder made Serena frown. She didn’t plan on going back.

It was a gesture of peace offering, but she didn’t want to make peace with Donald.

Sebastian hummed. “We’ll leave in half an hour. Have Patrick load the gifts into the car.”

Serena faced him with confusion. “I didn’t plan on visiting today.”

“Honey, it’s called courtesy. Skipping it wouldn’t look good on you.”

Sebastian smiled. “Tell you and ruin the surprise? No way.”

The two ascended the stairs. When she unlocked the fingerprint lock and found Lucinda and Winona inside, she realized they were the surprise he referred to.

“Rena, happy marriage!” Winona said with a bright smile.

“Rena, cat got your tongue? Didn’t expect us here, huh? Hehe. It’s been three days since we last saw you. I miss you so much!” Lucinda puffed her chest. “From now on, you’re Serena Levine, but worry not, I’ll side with Serena Steele as a friend when needed.”
