Serena didn’t feel much sadness, and she simply drove slowly toward the hospital.

Just then, Sebastian’s call came in. “Are you heading back to the firm? If not, where do to go for dinner tonight?”

She cut him off. “Not tonight. My dad’s at the hospital. I need to visit him.”
