Caught Him Cheating My Life Restarted (Natalie) novel Chapter 260

Terence's gaze darkened. "She couldn't have been more obvious with her disgust, yet you still manage to spin it in your favor. Is there a direct line from your gut to your mouth?"

Natalie chuckled. She'd never noticed before how in sync her thinking was with Terence's.

"Mr. Lockwood, Natalie is the mother of my child! We're going to get back together!"

Get back together? At those words, Terence's eyes turned icy.

He shot Darren a look that could kill.

"Get back together?" Natalie said coolly. "Darren, you're getting more and more humorous. Always telling jokes."

Natalie's words finally eased the tension in Terence's face.

For a split second, he'd already imagined eighty-eight different ways for Darren to die.

Darren couldn't believe Natalie would be so dismissive. Was she really interested in Terence?

Suppressing his anger, Darren spoke gently, "Natalie, you don't have to be embarrassed. We have a child together. We've had a lot of misunderstandings, but the people around us still hope we'll reconcile."

Terence stepped forward and took Natalie's hand. "Whoever wants you to get back together, you go find them. But stop harassing Natalie. Otherwise, next time it won't be your ear that gets hurt."

As Terence's eyes flashed with menace, Darren suddenly felt a sharp pang in his groin.

He wasn't going to cut his ear; he was going to castrate him.

"For a man who cheats, some parts are useless anyway."

Terence's voice was cold and terrifying.

"Let's go," he said to Natalie.

She nodded lightly and started to leave with him.

The bleeding from Darren's ear had worsened, staining his clothes.

He endured the pain and blocked Natalie's path. "Going to the Lockwood estate is just a job. Don't go. Is a job more important than me and our son?"

Darren's brow was furrowed, making him look deeply emotional, like a child afraid of losing his favorite toy.

As the nurse held him back, Natalie heard Darren shout from behind her, "I'll do what you want! Just you wait! Once I take care of things, we'll get back together!"

"What did he say he was going to take care of?" Terence asked.

"Just something silly," Natalie replied casually, though she couldn't help but wonder.

Would he really kick Marie out?

Could he actually do that to his precious Marie?

Was that possible? Probably not.

Natalie felt a wave of conflict.

At the Lockwood estate.

"It seems your legs have made a lot of progress today. You can feel them, and they even get itchy."
