Old Mrs. Lockwood was in a fury, ready to storm off and settle the score with Marie.

It wasn't safe for the old woman to go out in her condition. Mrs. Lockwood quickly stopped her. “Mom, don't worry. That evil woman has already been arrested. She won't be getting out again. She'll get what she deserves.”
