Parker
Parker frowned now as his eyes moved to Belladonna, and she just nodded to him, to confirm Aston spoke the truth, she’d put her phone down and sipped her coffee once more; again like she didn’t care about what was going on/
This he was now coming to realise might not go so well at all. That it was likely that his son was born on Alpha Council grounds, under Alpha Gretta’s watch even. He didn’t know the rules of such things, but he wasn’t starting to like the feeling he was getting about the situation.
Belladonna was going to have the Alpha Council’s backing, and likely 100% on this matter, because he was now damned certain that their mating alliance did actually state born inside the mate bond. Just like Belladonna had told him just a few minutes ago. Which he knew that his son was not born inside their mate bond, which meant he might have no claim at all in the Alpha Councils eyes.

“Kane call Katie and have her dig out my and Belladonna’s mating alliance and separation agreement from
the archives. Give her access and tell her where it is.” he stated, he was going to have to really fight for his
rights to his son, and he was going to need those papers in order to do so.
“That won’t help you.” Belladonna stated, “and I have my copies of them still. I was not stupid enough to
just throw them away. Alpha Gretta and Alpha Hailey also went over both of them, it’s all correct to what
I’ve stated. I did nothing wrong, Parker.”
She stood up and looked at him, at his unit. “You might want to stop playing the ‘I don’t know card‘, inform your unit about the custody papers you signed, giving up all your rights to my son, because your Luna was also pregnant at the same time. That you chose that pup to be your true heir, over our pup.” She stated.
His eyes were very wide now. What the hell was she talking about? He shot to his feet and latched onto her arm. “Belladonna, I have no idea what you’re talking about.” He shook his head.

“I understand, you didn’t want them to know,” she indicated to his unit, “your unit, that you’d willingly give up your son to me, but…” she looked passed him to his unit “It’s time you stopped hiding it from them, don’t you think.” She pulled at her arm, and he released his grip, it hadn’t been tight just to stop her from leaving the room, he had no idea what the hell she was talking about, “I have rounds to attend, I’ll come back when Alpha Gretta gets here.”
He stood there watching her leave, more than flabbergasted by what she had just stated, was dumbfounded by it. He turned and looked at his unit. They were all staring at him more than shocked themselves. He was actually like Aston, he didn’t keep secrets from his unit, that was how they all knew he didn’t want to reject Belladonna, they all knew how he actually felt about her.
“I don’t…I never…” he turned and looked from Aston to Mala, and he could barely get words out “Something is very wrong.” He finally managed to string a sentence together. “None of that happened, I would never, not want my heir.”

“Seems to me, son, something curious is going on. Likely someone inside your own pack is deceiving you. I’ve seen the paper work, you’ll find it was all sorted out, with the Wolfen Council… Do you have an heir with your Goddess Gifted? I didn’t see one when I was there last.” Aston asked after a moments thought himself.
“No!” he shook his head “Carina is not interested in having a pup.” Though his brain was ticking now, “She states it will ruin her figure, and career as a model.” He muttered “Never have we had one, she’s always been on wolfen birth control to make sure there isn’t one, until she is ready.”
“Your or her choice?” Aston asked him.
“Hers.” he answered honestly “I don’t exactly understand what is going on right this minute.” and he really didn’t, Belladonna’s words led him to believe not only had he been informed about their son, but he’d told them Carina was pregnant and that he was choosing her pup over Belladonna’s.
“My son?” he asked.
“Not allowed at this point. I will follow the Council on this one, Gretta was always concerned you’d change
your mind and try to lay claim to the boy, told myself and Mala that, when she thought Bell could settle
here. We needed a doctor, and Bell needed a proper pack, so her son could start school. She also told us
when it happened to call her, and she’d deal with you herself, like she did before.”
“I guess that day is today.” Mala stated as she stood up and headed for the door “I’ll come back when Gretta arrives, though…” she turned and looked right at Parker “I doubt I’ll be needed… Likely Freya will
deal with you herself, if she’s unhappy.”
