Chapter 49

(ER)

I immediately relaxed upon smelling that familiar scent that had been lingering in my pillows and sheets these days)

“You heard them?” I asked, trying not to panic.

Creed grunted, a proof that he did. I let out a sigh of relief. I thought he would be like the others who couldn’t seem to hear the gangster shifters.

“How did you get here without any of them recognizing you?”

“Because they are still puppies. Their master sent his pups thinking they would only be dealing with a human. Don’t worry. none of them will be able to get to you, Vicious, not while I am around.”

Just for today, I chose to believe him. The anxiety in my chest disappeared as I let myself lean on him.

“Do you know who their master is?”

“We will find out today.”

“Correction. ‘You’ and your pack will find out today, Black. I don’t want to be involved. I don’t even want to know anything about them.” Their world was complicated enough for me. The less I know, the better. “Why are you here anyway? I thought you’re in another meeting?”

“I skipped it.”

“Why?”

“I was hungry.”

“Then let’s order. You should try their Cajun chicken and pasta and their dulce de leche chocolate cake.” I instantly perked up at the thought of food. My mom was okay and we were safe. For now. All the more reason to celebrate and eat. “Come. You need to eat if you’re going to save me from those obnoxious creatures.”

“I plan to do exactly that.”

To my surprise, Creed led me back to the ladies’ room and locked the door after checking that no one else was there through sniffing the surroundings. I frowned. “You didn’t have to drag me in this room, Black. I was just here a while ago. And in case you’re not aware, this is the ladies’ room. Or are you going to plan how to deal with those kidnappers here?”

“I’m hungry,” he repeated instead.

“Then eat,”

Why were we even having this conversation here when we could just order outside? I hadn’t finished my pasta yet.

“You won’t mind if I do it now?” he asked as he pressed me close to his body.

“Why would I? Just fucking eat, Black,” I answered impatiently.

“Thank you, Vicious. I will make sure to enjoy my meal.”

And then he lifted me up in one arm, pressed my back against the door, and stripped me.

The second his mouth closed over my nipple was the time I finally realized what he was talking about. Creed quickly removed my lace bikini and put it in his pocket before fucking me with his fingers as his mouth devoured my breast like a

man possessed.

He was hungry, all right. Very hungry, in fact.

And I couldn’t believe I just gave this beast the permission to eat. I didn’t think it was a code the way I used ‘ancient each time I wanted some action which happened often. No matter what the time was, when heat struck me, I would text him the word and he would come to his house to punish me and bend me over.

The worst part was how quickly my body heated up like somebody poured gasoline over me. And he was the fire. I was blazing in an instant. When his hunger and my heat collided, we were unstoppable.

He withdrew his fingers and bit my nipple before freeing his cock from his pants. He snapped his hips forward, making me jolt. He covered my screams with his mouth, kissing me hard each time he would thrust inside me.

He didn’t stop ramming into me deep enough that dark spots filled my vision as I spasmed around him and burst. I felt him filling me inside as he groaned.

“Vicious!”

He cupped my chin and claimed my mouth for another kiss that left me breathless. The vengeful side of me bit his lower lip before I buried my face on his neck.

“I didn’t know hunger was contagious until now,” I whispered, still panting.

He chuckled, but the ancient beast was yet to pull out. I was stunned when I felt him stiffening inside me again. When I looked up, his eyes were still glazed with lust and hunger.

“Would you like to eat again, Vicious?”
