Claimed by the Crown Heir novel Chapter 166

Instead of letting go, Lucas grabbed her even tighter, his eyes burning with frantic desperation and obsession.

Alistair's gaze darkened. Without another word, he kicked him hard in the shoulder.

The strike was fast and vicious. Caught completely off guard, Lucas was thrown backward, his grip tearing away as he crashed awkwardly onto the floor.

Before Lucas could even register what happened, Alistair smoothly pulled Vanessa against his chest, locking his arms securely around her.

Tall, dominant, and radiating a suffocatingly powerful aura, Alistair stared down at him with nothing but absolute disdain and the arrogant confidence of a victor.

"Did you ask for my permission before hitting on my woman?"

Lucas scrambled up from the floor. Seeing Vanessa leaning submissively against the other man's chest made his bloodshot eyes widen, the pure jealousy practically tearing him apart.

He gritted his teeth and roared, "Who the hell do you think you are? She was mine!"

Alistair smirked. He lowered his head and pressed a kiss to Vanessa's lips. When he looked back at Lucas, his dark eyes were swimming with unapologetic provocation and possessiveness.

"Too bad. She's mine now."

The sudden kiss left Vanessa momentarily stunned, but she quickly recovered, resting her head against his chest with a soft blush.

"I'm yours."

Watching the exchange, Lucas shook with rage. His eyes were bloodshot, and the jealousy boiling in his chest threatened to burn him alive.

In the past, Vanessa had hated being close to anyone besides him. If someone accidentally brushed against her, she would wash her hands with soap for ages. But now, she was happily leaning into another man's embrace, accepting his kisses, and openly declaring: I'm yours.

How could she belong to someone else? She was supposed to be his.

"Vanessa..." His voice shattered as he reached a trembling hand out toward her, his eyes filled with desperate begging. "Come back. Please don't be with him."

Vanessa completely ignored him. She looped her arms around Alistair's neck and looked up with a soft, sweet expression. "Let's go. There's no point wasting time on irrelevant people."

Alistair glanced down at her, a wicked smirk playing on his lips. "You're right. Completely irrelevant."

With that, he wrapped an arm around Vanessa's waist and walked out, oozing pure dominance, without ever looking back.
