Chapter 390 Win Him Back
"I won't lose him again," Riley said.
She wasn't just saying it to her friend. She was saying it to herself.
Later, when Benedict came to visit, she told him about her plan to go to Russia as well.
When he learned that Sebastian was the donor for Lina, he was just as shocked.
"Samuel is already in Russia," Benedict said. "If you're going to stop Sebastian from donating right now, you'll need to talk to Samuel too. He's been desperate for Lina to get the transplant as soon as possible."
"I know," Riley replied. "I plan to talk to him in person once I'm in Russia."
"If you're going back, I'll wrap things up here and return to Russia as well," Benedict said. "After you settle things with Sebastian, you should meet your grandmother. The Lincoln family will also hold a formal gathering to acknowledge you and Samuel, to let everyone know you're part of the family."
"Okay." Riley nodded.
"But you and Sebastian..." Benedict began.
"I love him," Riley said firmly. "I don't know if he still wants to be with me, but I don't want to give up."
Benedict paused, thoughtful. "Russia isn't Torres territory. If you truly want Sebastian, I can help you. I can keep him in Russia until he's willing to stay with you."
Right now, his sister's two children meant everything to him.
Even if Sebastian was the head of the Torres family, if Riley wanted him, Benedict was more than willing to use whatever means necessary to help her get him.
Riley was stunned, but she could clearly feel Benedict's indulgent affection toward her.
Even knowing who Sebastian was, Benedict still chose her side.
If her mother were still alive, Benedict would have been an incredible brother to her. He would have poured out all the love he had suppressed for so many years.
She wished her mother knew just how good her brother was.

After taking Riley's passport, Thomas kept his word. The visa was processed quickly, and she was scheduled to leave for Russia the very next day.
Riley's right leg was still in a cast, so Thomas even arranged a wheelchair for her.
Once they were on the plane, Thomas looked at her and said, "Sebastian doesn't know you're coming to Russia. He deliberately kept the donation from you. What's your plan when you get there? Do you want me to take you to see him tomorrow?"
After all, by the time the plane landed in Russia, it would already be late at night.
"No. I want to see him the moment we land," Riley said. "Take me straight to where he's staying in Russia."
She did not want to waste a single second.
She needed to see Sebastian as soon as possible, to see the man who loved her with his life.
Felix looked at Thomas doubtfully, clearly unconvinced that Thomas could handle Sebastian's anger.
Thomas rolled his eyes and tilted his chin toward Riley. "Not me. Her. She'll take the hit. What are you worried about?"
Felix thought about it for a second. That actually made sense.
"All right, take her to where Sebastian's staying," Thomas said.
Not long after, the three of them got into the car. Felix drove Riley to the hotel where Sebastian was staying in Russia.
Felix handed Riley the room key card. "Mr. Torres is in the presidential suite, room 8101."
Riley took the key card and went straight to the elevator.
Felix and Thomas stayed behind.
"Ms. Anderson coming this time..." Felix began.
"She'll get back together with Sebastian," Thomas said with certainty. "And if she can't, I'll tie the two of them together myself."
Riley stopped in front of room 8101 and swiped the key card.
The room was silent and dark. Only a thin strip of moonlight slipped through the gap in the curtains, casting a faint glow across the space.
